This was our first time trying hotpot and it was incredible. Justin Kim, our waiter, made this such an enjoyable experience, made sure we were well taken care of and explained the process in detail. I would absolutely recommend, especially if this is your first time or you're feeling intimidated by the hot pot

I was VERY disappointed in my experience coming here. Our broths came out 25 minutes after the meat and vegetables and once we had everything I ended up only having about 20 minutes to eat before I had to leave for work. Once I started cooking the broth it was incredibly hot and I turned the heat completely off. I was trying to eat as quickly as possible in the time I had but hadn’t even gotten a 1/4 of it eaten due to the heat before I needed to leave. I asked if I could get just what was in my bowl to go and they said no and argued with me about it because it’s “all you can eat”. They told me I’ve had plenty of time to eat my food. I didn’t get to eat even close to what I wanted to eat let alone an amount worth $30. I was still charged the full $30 because I used their sauce bar. I had a large blister on the roof of my mouth from it being so hot that has since burst and my tongue is still burnt. It’s been 3 days and my whole mouth is very irritated and painful and my taste buds are swollen. I couldn’t have eaten any faster without getting more damage done to my mouth. On top of all that they wrote our server up. The entire experience was very disappointing.

Food is good service as well, but the bar service is lacking. We ate there once, took our drinks forever to come out. Then we went to drink at the bar, sat for over 20 minutes no one said anything to us. They were busy, but at some point they were cleaning up and still not one word. I really wanted some of the Soup, I had to go to Chili's. Booooooo

Tool my Daughter there for here 21st birthday. It was gluttonously glorious. Jordan our server walked us through the process as we'd never been to a Korean BBQ/ Hot Pot restaurant and educated us quickly on how it worked. Everything was delicious! From the choice cuts of meat, fish and shrimp to the amazing sauce bar.BRING YOUR APPETITE. WILL 100% BE BACK AGAIN! But a warning to first timers, it is a bit pricey at 40$ a head.My only (be it minor) complaint would be they did not serve sweet tea.
I went to KPot with my family for dinner and we had Oriana as our server. She was hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had in a restaurant before. So sweet, professional, and efficient!!

The service and atmosphere are awesome. The food was good but you cook it yourself and some of the meats don't cook so great on the grill especially if they're high in fat content. Overall a wonderful experience I would recommend.
Vincent was such a great waiter! He did a backflip and front flip for us. Had so much fun!!

I have to say the food is awesome and id recommend this and any other hot pot and kbbq locations as both times I've been have been amazing for food. However this particular establishment as service went was very appalling as I did the hotpot and grill yet I had to boil all my grill meats due to the lack of attention even when I flagged down a waiter or waitress.

Terrible ventilation depending on how many people there are and how many of them can’t cook, which is a majority so everything’s burning. There’s an endless amount of staff working but the service is still subpar, our order was wrong but the food was dumped on the table when no one was present. (If you waste food it’s $14 a pound.) If you have breathing problems don’t risk coming here because the food isn’t worth dying for. The smoke is overwhelming and I feel bad for the staff sucking in all that soot like a diesel engine.
