The drive thru doesn’t work. Had to ask for each part of our order after paying- from the same person who took the order. They were hosing down the machine while we were there at 10am which seems unsanitary.

I come here with my family of four to order 12 assorted doughnuts. As I was walking in, someone from the drive thru wanted 2 raspberry doughnuts and cinnamon rolls. I overheard the girl ( worker) telling the customer at the drive thru that they were " out" of them doughnuts. I just politely went inside and ordered me and my family doughnuts. I was so upset cause that was the whole point of my family going there to get the raspberry and cinnamon roll and etc. Anyways, we just ordered 2 strawberries glazed, 6 glazed donuts, and 4 chocolate glazed. I hope that next time I go back, they will have what I wanted to get!
Krispy Kreme is always good when the light is on.... we went thru the drive thru half if the menu was gone .... went inside and it was kinda dark in there .... they need to liven this place up.... turn on the lights play some music add a TV or something.... you want to be invited into a place

This might sound crazy, but the krispy kreme app has a FREE 3ct original doughnuts for a bday gift. I have been to THREE different ones trying to redeem and they say that the online scanner or gift cards aren't working. When asked is it getting fixed, no one knows and no one is willing to try and see if it works. They're just rude employees.

I got the Grinch collection and all of them was good except the red Santa belly it was to sweet and the Grinch green one was to sweet I wouldn't recommend the red and green flavor

Cashier was rude and not friendly and very argumentative. Doughnuts were not HOT no napkins . And cashier would not accept my coupon at that store she said
Dietary restrictions: Unless your restrictions are to include lots of fried carbs and sugar it's probably not on your restrictions checklist of places to visit.
Parking: There is sufficient parking for the size of the dining area, maybe too much.
Kid-friendliness: Have yet to visit any donut shop that doesn't happily invite families.
Wheelchair accessibility: About half of them are wheelchair friendly tables, but there isn't a large number tables.
