Going to break down this rating with some context below.My order: two-piece dark meat combo with mac 'n' cheese, plus 5 wings. Chicken was traditional, no sauce (didn't want to disguise the flavor).Chicken: 7.5/10- Very crunchy and crispy, lives up to the name. Meat was moist and tender, and wings were fresh (so piping hot). Flavor was pretty mid, didn't get much of the "cajun" that their marketing talks up. Might have been more potent if I used dipping...
