Ice cream is very good, and my kids LOVE it. The staff is always very kind and patient with my kids. Adults who don't like this place should probably buy a pint at the grocery store and go home and eat alone- this isn't the place for them. A gripe I have is the television is always on some violent crime-laden show that is completely inappropriate for anybody to watch while out in public. Being subjected to that has been a major turn off. We've eaten here over a dozen times, but the tv has been offensive more-than-half of our visits. Another gripe is, as soon as your order is handed over the counter, the staff disappears behind a door and you are monitored by camera - which makes it virtually impossible to request a change in the tv. No bathrooms available either. If the ice cream wasn't very good I wouldn't recommend this establishment. As soon as they open a bathroom, seem more attentive, set better ambiance, and provide more clarity to their menu, all other ice cream shops should be on notice. Otherwise, they seem to be shooting themselves in the foot with all the less-than-favorable attributes I have mentioned.

Unless it's not required to serve chicharon preparado and aguas frescas.No baños? I think by law you need to have a restroom available, unless I am wrong please correct me.Otherwise food is good and delicious! Decent prices.

It was l very underwhelming, especially for what they charge.It was hard to understand the menu and no prices were listed anywhere.On top of that, it was very hard to communicate (we don't speak fluent Spanish, sorry).With those issues, you might be in for small surprise when they ring you up.We both got 2 scoops, in small cups. They charged us 15.50.On top of that, the ice cream just wasn't that good.I am all for supporting local small busonesses, but I can't really recommend this place at all.

Their serving size are reasonable if you appreciate their heavy handed scoops they have a large selection of flavors so don't be afraid to taste test a few for your next trip in. This place is incredible!! I've been coming here since they opened and it's always been just as good as before. I bought ice cream, popsicles, food, and milkshakes here, they are all so yummy! I ate the whole entire thing of Esquite/corn. It was so good I devoured it so fast, so as the milkshake. They give you such a good amount of ice cream it's ridiculously so well priced on it!!! I love all the workers here and everything else about this place. Stay forever here, we love you! ??

I don't ever right reviews but this place was out of line. I was just in the store with my 2 year old son and we were waiting to get served and a Hispanic couple walk in after we had been waiting and the lady looks at me and my son and walks right by us and asks the couple what she could get them. I guess maybe if my Hispanic husband would have been with me we would not have gotten ignored. I felt very disrespected discriminated cause I was white.
