My daughter and I were in town and looking for a local Black Owned spot….let me tell you this fine establishment DIID NOT disappoint. The food, portions, and prices were great. I went back inside to get a play for my husband.I would note that this is a take out only place….but don’t get it twisted that is not a problem. If you are not local, eat in your car!!!Job well done ladies.

Finally found a GREAT seafood spot in Greensboro. Fish is perfectly seasoned portion size is great for price.

Food is great. Services was good and the kitchen was clean. Overall Lil Chef is a great spot to eat.

This place makes fried chicken the way it was meant to be made. All sides were fantastic. Next time I am in Greensboro, I'm coming back here!

This spot is a Hidden Gem. If your in the mood for fried fish this is your spot. The collards and Mac was my choice for sides. It was Awesome!!

People need to stop playing and give this place its flowers. Lots of great details that take this above ordinary soul food. They use smoked cheese in the mac and the greens are perfectly seasoned. Chicken tenders also got a tasty, seasoned battering. But the shrimp? WHAT? Fresh, and couldn't be fried or seasoned better.

Great menu and specials. Great friendly staff. Eaten here many times and and everything is great. Highly recommend!!!

Their food is delicious everything is made fresh everyday dessert are homemade. We have eaten there several times never been dissatisfied I love this place the people are friendly services excellent food is excellent the only thing you can't sit down and eat

There were amazing, great food, the young lady at the register was very friendly, respectable..... The owner did his thing in the kitchen....... He allowed me to sample a piece of chicken, wish I would've gotten the name of it bc It was amazing... There's not enough stars up here to rate this restaurant....

Shrimp good, chicken good. Potato salad good. Now constructive criticism….. Fish had raw fishy taste.Mac n cheese old and DRY! Come on fam. Red velvet, pound cake dry also. It’s 50/50.
