I called to place a to-go order @3:15 pm as I had somewhere else to stop before Little Ari's. I made the stop and walked in while still on hold for over 11 min. I asked to speak to a manager. Phones were checked and verified I was on hold. No apologies and went right into taking my order. I asked for some ginger sauce and was told that it would be $1.25 for it which I pay for.
However, the lack of concern from the manager over this will effect whether I come back here again. I could understand if they were slammed but there only two others dining in.

I had a great experience at Little Ari’s Japanese Kitchen. My food was cooked in a great amount of time and came out hot and flavorful. The customer service was genuinely nice and friendly, which made the visit even better. Everything tasted amazing, and I left fully satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others.

The food tasty, especially for the price. The steamed white rice is fantastic, Buns are delicious, and the curry, while a little salty for my palate, I always come back for it. Ito En tea bottles are always a pleasure to accompany any fast casual Japanese bite. Today a member of leadership was training a day one employee. She was so patient and kind to him and he was very polite and attentive to me. Thanks for a good bite and a pleasant evening.

On the outside the building doesn't look like much but on the inside it's quite nice. We ordered 7 different dishes and the food was OUTSTANDING!!!!! I personally enjoyed my Tofu and vegetable dish, it was so savory!

The food is delicious I had the chicken and shrimp teriyaki and fried rice. Very good. Definitely recommend.

Food wasn't bad, but the staff was SO rude. I initially thought the man at the register was joking around because he was being so rude when answering my questions about the menu. Staff at the pick up counter had bad attitudes as well. As a brand new customer, we won't be back .
