Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread online and still had to wait over an hour for service. The person working the front does not acknowledge when people come in the door. They just ignore you and continue to work like you didn't even enter the store. I got a notification that the order was ready. The food was supposed to be placed in the pizza portal but it wasnt. Im sure they gave my order away to someone else at this point.

They should shut this place down. Terrible service the guy working acts like nobody order the food. Had to wait 45 minutes and still no food

Saymt at drive thru windows for 30 minutes and no one ever came to window. Went inside and waited another 15 minutes till got waited. People working were in back on their phone and not taking care of the lobby full of customers. Finally when I got waited on I got told that my order probably wasn't ready even though I got the email saying it was 45 minutes prior.

No comment on the food since it's Little Caesar's and you know what you're getting, but the service was genuinely awful, even by Greensboro fast food standards. Why don't they hire more, and better, employees? Are the people at the register the ones that got passed over by every other restaurant? Also, our hot & ready looked like it had been desiccating in the oven for hours. This was the pizza right out of the box!

OMG!! Whatever you do don’t get in the drive thru line. I was the 3rd car in line & had to go inside for my order.

Waited over 30 minutes for a hot and ready in drive thru never got pizza went inside the employee playing on phone and counting money in drawer then gets attitude when handing me my pizza

Ordered online 3 pizzas, 2 cheese bread, and wings $55.00. Doordash driver comes with only one pizza and one bread. I asked about my other food he said that was all they gave him. Opened the pizza it was literally burnt and cheese bread was raw in the middle. I gave them another chance since the last time I added jalepeno and the whole pizzas was covered in seeds. I called the number for doordash and said I would get a refund but I haven’t received it yet. Never again
