Received overcooked Pizza that was cold and chewy like it was sitting around all day and undercooked ice cold breadsticks that apparently cause my order to take additional time. Whoever worked on 3/29 at 9:54PM needs to be held accountable!

I love Little Caesars. I always have. Good value and above average pizza. That's what makes this so sad to write. The location at Pisgah Church and Baylor is awful. We have had dozens of late, cold, or incorrect orders over the last 3 years. But I get it, mistakes happen, it's part of it. No need to be upset. But today was different. I put in an order and went to pick it up and was told the system is down and that they can't give me my order. I asked for a refund and was told that the system was down, I can't get a refund. So, no dinner for my family and no refund. I asked about all of the pizzas in the warmer behind the counter, and the guy tells me that the owner won't let him give out orders, even if they have already been paid for like mine was online. He told me I can come back in a few hours and it may be back up and running.So I go home, let the wife know dinner will be very late and order Domino's. On my way back, I pass the Little Caesars in question and I see the guy from earlier locking up and leaving.There's no way to request a refund on the app so I'm out my money.Worst takeout experience of my life.

Rating one star because how do yall have one employee working by himself with a wrapped around drive thru and taking orders inside. This young man did a wonderful job, but making him work alone is insane!
