I have no clue why this place finds it hard to simply put extra sauce on a pizza. Why do I have to debate..EVERY TIME.. I order pizzas from here about extra sauce. From the cashiers to the managers, everyone wants to debate on me adding extra sauce. If you pull a pizza from your hott and ready oven, it doesn't have extra sauce. If you ring up a regular pepperoni extra most bestest, then it doesn't have extra sauce. It's so hard to get extra sauce added here, but what isnt hard to get is a nasty attitude. I thought after having to bring my pizzas back and present them to the manager, that he'd discuss with his team how to add extra sauce.. now here I am a week later getting the stank face from the cashier because I showed her my pizza doesn't have extra sauce. So now, rather than just come around the corner from my home to get a pizza with extra sauce, I have to go 30 minutes away to Dominos just to get a pizza im paying for made like I want it.

I was wowed! I haven't been to Little Caesars in years, but my kids wanted to try their pizza (the things that you do for your kids). I was pleasantly surprised by the manager who was very kind and patient with everyone who walked through the doors. Also, their pre-order pickup process worked seamlessly. Kudos to the manager for his great customer service!

I had to give the service 3 stars due to the employees rudeness. Absolutely NO Customer Service Skills. We'll this particular employee, just didn't either want to be at work nor have any concerns about Customers! Due to my GrandSons loving the pizza at Little Caesars; I will Patronize them again. I'm not happy about it though!

The service is terrible; they're rude and argue with everyone. Besides, I've been waiting an hour and a half for a single pizza, and all the other customers are annoyed about the long wait.
Very rude disrespectful place every time I go there they seen him manage to mess up my order the last three times I ordered cheese pizza and they keep giving me pepperoni I don't understand inconvenience and why it takes so long it takes like over an hour for them to get the order right because I pre-order all my orders and it just seems to just take forever when I go up there to get it I don't never seem to get the respect is probably do as a customer I feel so disrespected I don't feel like it's if I'm scared or considered I just don't understand this location I've had locations that do a lot better but this location doesn't seem to do right by me I'm very concerned and I'm very saddened by the situation

Simply horrible when you walk in the store the workers are hiding in the back.I had to knock on counter for someone to show up. Then he's wearing a wrap on top of his head with his hair hanging out not in a net or anything. When I asking him about the item I wanted to purchase, he said they won't be ready until 5pm. I asked him why several timeswould it take 2 hours to get the new steak puffs and he said that's when they are normally ready, plus we have to wait for the dough person to get them ready. 😒 While asking him why they wouldn't be ready another employee walked in from outside where ever he was hiding because he wasn't anywhere close to the store when I walked in. Said nothing walked into the back of the store then another male walked in and he handed him a few boxes and I turned to walk out. As the door was closing he asked the other worker did she get mad 😠. I turned back to the door and said yes I did get mad. He looked at me after handing the guy with the boxes something else walked to the back

I placed an online order at 11:45am. It said it would be ready 12:05-12:10. It’s now 12:33 and I am still waiting for 3 pizzas and wings! Makes no sense to take almost a hour for a cheese pizza . Pepperoni pizza, and wings.
