Extremely rude. Came in for my order and asked to buy a soda while i waited. She yelled at me that no other was ready. Again i said i wanted to buy a soda and she mumbled something. Next lady came in grabbed the drinks she wanted to purchase and was also yelled at. This is ridiculous. I decided I’ll take what I already ordered and never come back. Horrible horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The manager was very very rude, yelling and telling customers that she don't have to do anything to help the customers and they just have to get what I give them. The worst manager I have ever encounter. Feel sorry for the people that have to work under her.

I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I called to order a large cheese pizza and was immediately placed on hold. No big deal, right? Until 10 minutes pass, so I call back, only to be told rudely, “You have to order that in-store.” Confused, I apologized and tried to clarify and she hung up on me. Called again, got put on hold for another 10 minutes, and at that point, I had enough. Went to another location because I refuse to be disrespected like that. The employees here are loud, rude (for no reason), and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Little Caesars, you just lost a loyal customer!
Keep your ghetto pizza… I’m taking my “$5” elsewhere.

Horrible!!! Do NOT Order from this location!! I ordered online and had it delivered. They sent me burnt everything!! I then called the 1-800# and they refused to give me a refund for the food that we could not even eat. The 800 customer service is a joke! They expected me to wait 1-3 business day for them to reach out to me regarding the possibility of a full refund! Then stated that was all they could do and disconnected the call. Now my petty Betty self was ready to keep calling back all night but I got plans! But I will be posting on all platforms and on social media the rude and unprofessionalism that I experienced this evening. Trash pizza, just fix a sandwich. Jennifer and Priscilla thought 15% was sufficient and I didn't eat 15% of not no bit of this food so you can give me my money please and thank you.

As I am standing there, right in front of the counter worker, I am told that there is not enough dough and the only way that I could have the dough for the lunch special is to order it on line, for the limited dough is for on line orders, when the quantity is low. This explanation is unacceptable to me, as I was standing there right in front of the counter worker. I frequent this Little Caesar quite often and this visit has curbed my enthusiasm for this location. I will no longer recommend this location to other customers. Disappointed in Greensboro.

On the night of Saturday 11/20/2024, the lady who was working at that place had a bad attitude, speaking loudly and with very rudeness, I will never return to that place and the pizza tasted horrible, hard without cheese and cold, I definitely do not recommend that place ??????????

The woman with the hair helmet is absolutely the rudest thing speaking to the public other than trump! How do you get upset when you tell a customer the wait time is 25 mins and they say “ok thanks have a good day” you rebut with “the weather is nasty sir!” ? ok I said thanks have a good day! How is this place still open?!
