The older woman behind the counter with that lil 27 piece on her head was rude to my mom when she was just trying to see if her order was ready. She hollered at her and rolled her eyes. We got her money back and went to the one on Gate City. Learn how to treat your customers.

This is by far the WORST store I’ve ever been to. I went up to the store to place a carry out order because they won’t answer their phone and when I got there the employee told me they couldn’t make a fresh pizza because they were about to close that I could only order what was in the warmer. This is at 9pm and they don’t close until 10pm according to there sign and google. Corporate should really shut this store down or hire a whole new staff. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's cheap, it's fast, it's Little Cesar's pizza. I've always been a fan of their pretzel crust pizzas since their release, but in this location I highly recommend anyone wanting their fill of pretzel crust should ask for lite pretzel salt. Without the "lite" modifier, your pizza will be salted to inedibility.

This particular Little Caesars is usually pretty straightforward but today was different. We come up here 3-5 times a week, at my shop, we have 4 separate employees. 2 of which don’t eat meat at all. So we always come order 2 pepperonis and 2 slices and sticks without the pepperonis. Never had an issue until today. I asked could we have the usual and the manager stated that it’s not possible because it’s not on the menu or a button on her computer to charge me for it. So I asked can you just leave the pepperonis off, again this was a no and she said if she found out any other managers were doing it that she would report them to her other managers. We spend about $100 on pizza here a week and I’m sure others probably spend more but her attitude is terrible. If she wasn’t so worried about gossiping then she could probably do a better job handling customers. We won’t be coming back anytime. Oh almost forgot to mention that order never stated that it was ready for pickup so we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes.

My husband and I Picked pizza up for our cousin that had just birth a little girl. The mother requested LITTLE CAESAR BUTTER & cheese CRUSTED PIZZA! I checked the pizza before pulling off, the crust was plain and flat. Upon taking it back in, they took it to the back put butter & cheese and that was it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors

I went in a paid for my food with a card and was 1.60$ short. The staff member named Carolin said I couldn't walk out and get the remainder and instead took the money from my card and told me to leave calling me profanity and kept my receipt and wouldn't give me it. My money isn't on my card and it isn't even showing that I made a transaction on my bank app. She yelled I sware I did not steal your money and refused to give me my receipt..if it wasn't the only money I had it wouldn't be that bad. But she is a terrible person for that and the bad vibe she puts off is so off-putting plus the fact she is a thief is guaranteing me and everybody I tell my story too won't give there business to the nasty thief that was digging in her butt while making food. Disgusting Carolin and moral disgusting Carolin. I hope u use my money towards something meaningful.

This store location is very bad .....the store has a marijuana smell to it the employees are not dressed to code but besides that the food is not great I am a baker and the employee tried to sell a pizza where the dough was raw looking....which means the yeast was old .....plus it was flat the dough had no rise to it....employee pointed out that it was a franchise location and if you did not like it you can leave....
