I ordered my pizza online for a future pickup and I STILL had to wait when I arrived. Then, I get there and they don’t even have the pizza I ordered! Talking about “we don’t have stuffed crust, so we’re going to give you an extra most bestest.” And to top it off, I paid for an Uber that had to cancel because they took so long to make a pizza I ordered an hour in advance. lol

Depends on location. Usually get have food ready and still hot. Some locations you have to wait for order longer. Good or bad customer service depends on the employee at that location. Most are good. The Pizza is like most. I don't really eat pizza because of salt and cholesterol issues.

The delivery person didn’t bring everything and refused to go back and get it. I paid for it and gave a tip for nothing. I tried to call the number and it’s not in service.

My pizza was burnt. Was unable to reach anyone on the phone. My kids were very upset. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Now I have to order Domino's.
Been here a few times and every time I have to stand at the counter for atleast 10 minutes waiting on an employee. Once I do get to order it's a 25-30 minute wait every time. Been told 1hr on waiting for my food. There is a pizza restaurant down the street 15 minutes and your out the door with fresh better pizza
