Logan’s Roadhouse in Greensboro is great! Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the steak. I highly recommend this restaurant. A special Shout out to Ben!

We just got up and left because of not being waited on. First of all they put us party of two on a table that seats 6 people in the corner. There were plenty of tables that would hold two people. We watched three tables being waited on that were seated after us. Never did we get waited on and could not figure out who the waitress was. I asked the hostess if we could move. She came back and said the waitress will be here. This was the worst ran restaurant. I have never got up and left a restaurant before today I could tell the manager was not there today. Be a long time before we go back. Terrible.

Placed a Togo order, showed up on time, should be easy…..2 girls at hostess stand asked if I was picking up, sent me to pick up counter. Waited there for several minutes, no one there, saw my food on the shelf. The two girls at the hostess stand joined several other female employees at a table in the bar area, still no help. Another employee walked by, asked if I had been helped to which I responded, “no.” She said she would get someone……still waiting. Almost 15 minutes, I grabbed my food on my own and left, it was cold, no help, nothing. I will not be back, there are plenty of other steak house options, this one is off the list.

My office team ordered from this place. Our manager picked up the order, it was not delivered. Out of the 5 orders we had two were wrong. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to our assistant manager when she was not being rude to him. He hung up on her twice. I have an onion allergy and requested no onions on my deluxe burger, he put sautéed onions and raw onions on it!! The manager's name is Colby and he is straight rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. If you are having a party, event, or anything and Colby is working, prepare to have your oder done wrong and he will be rude about it!

The waitress was amazing not her fault the food sucked. The yeast rolls is the only thing good. The food was cold. Sent it back and came out cold again. The steak was paper thin if you rubbed it across a grill it would be well done. It was just all around disgusting food. But the waitress was really nice that's it.
Our family got a carry out order for lunch today and it was so delicious! The chopped steak that I got was so tender, it almost fell apart before cutting it. Your rolls are delicious and so soft. All of our food was outstanding. The portions were generous too. We will be coming back soon and will definitely recommend you to our friends. Thank you for making our Sunday lunch an enjoyable one!

I always have a great experience at Logan's. The food is always good and the service is amazing. I try to eat whatever new dish I order but I end up getting so full from the free rolls. No worries though, the food always reheats well for the next day :)

Ordered the shrimp and ribs combo. Shrimp was overcooked and had an odd flavor. The ribs were advertised as fall off the bone, which they were, but ribs were dry way over sauced to compensate for the dryness. Overall I would have to say this wasn't a great choice for dinner.
