Went in around 8-9pm, was greeted at the bar, got my drinks after a few minutes, then waited a good 15 minutes before ordering. she was busy, so i don't fully the bartender. however, after ordering a salad with fried chicken, i waited another 20 minutes watching others who came after me get their food. i suppose she forgot i was there, despite looking over at everyone and getting their checks.
eventually she walked behind me as said “ranch and italian right?” which were my dressings i wanted, i also asked her for bread as well. when she came back and i started yo eat, i noticed the chicken was hardly warm and the salad/lettuce was soggy and warm. basically the salad just sat there and no one ran it. i understand staffing issues and short of hand, but i straight felt ignored. had a pretty bad time and wasted money :(

Very good food, service was awesome and building was very clean. I had grilled pork chops and I would order them again. Staff was extremely friendly and manager stopped by table to see if everything was ok. That type of gesture is greatly appreciated. Will be back soon.

It was my first time dining there and last. We sat for a while before even getting a chance to order our food then we sat and sat and sat before our food was finally brought out to the table. We waited so long for our food that out of the 8 people sitting at our table 6 of us didn't even want to eat anymore but ended making (To Go Trays) and taking the sub par food home mind you all I had was chicken fingers w fries. I will definitely not dine there again.

Logan’s Roadhouse in Greensboro is great! Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the steak. I highly recommend this restaurant. A special Shout out to Ben!

We just got up and left because of not being waited on. First of all they put us party of two on a table that seats 6 people in the corner. There were plenty of tables that would hold two people. We watched three tables being waited on that were seated after us. Never did we get waited on and could not figure out who the waitress was. I asked the hostess if we could move. She came back and said the waitress will be here. This was the worst ran restaurant. I have never got up and left a restaurant before today I could tell the manager was not there today. Be a long time before we go back. Terrible.
