My personal favorite Steakhouse in Greensboro. I have been going there for years. If you like a low-key, quiet atmosphere without the hustle and flow. Check it out. They deliver on the steaks as well,very flavorful.Parking: Can be improved they share lot with another business but if you go at the right time, you will be fine

So, I’ve order from here a couple of times usually get the ribeye medium well side of baked potato accompanied by a Caesar’s salad. Now ever this great my only concern is the portion of Caesar dressing just seems a bit lackluster for all this salad. Nonetheless I appreciate the time(The salad in question attached)

I'm so glad that your restaurant is doing so well that you can afford to treat customers like disposable assets. We used call ahead for a table at 6:00 for a party of 8. We arrived at 5:50 and were told it would be 30-40 minutes. The lobby area was packed so we sat outside on the patio benches (in the cold) to give our 4 kids space to play and not annoy everyone inside.I asked the manager on duty if we could take drinks outside where we were waiting. She said yes, so I waited for more than 15 minutes just to place a drink order because poor Joe at the bar was backed up do dishes instead of being able to serve customers (GET AN AUTOMATIC DISHWASHER).40 minutes goes by since our arrival, we finished our drinks, and so we go back inside to see how much longer. The hostess says again 30-40 minutes. Is she just telling everyone 30-40 minutes? I approached the manager on duty – the lady I asked about taking the drinks outside. I said, “Listen, I’m not upset about the wait; I can see you’re slammed. I need a realistic wait time so I can make an informed decision (stay or go).” That’s when she takes a snarky nasty tone with me, “We paged your party, and you never came up. We only wait 10 minutes. You’ve been dropped from the list.”I’m confused. How were we dropped from the list? We never received a notification. We told her this multiple times and attempted to show her the phone, but she wouldn’t look! I’m trying to explain to her that we’ve been out front the whole time, and she should know - I asked her about taking the drinks there. She proceeded to repeat to herself that we were paged and never came in.Meanwhile, the hostess is being obnoxious and nasty, rolling her eyes and making faces and comments under her breath to anyone who would listen. I asked the manager, if we “fell off the list, then why did the hostess JUST tell us it would be 30-40 minutes? That means she’s literally just making times up – she didn’t bother to even look for us on the list - because you're telling me we aren't on it.” Are you really that lazy that you couldn't open the front door and call our name? I mean I have walked out to the front patio with 4 margarita shakers and 4 beers..... soo where do you think we've gone with all the alcohol?Now, I’ve spent $75 at the bar, we've waited an hour, and we're going back on the list to repeat this crazy? Just bring back the buzzers/pages and do away with the call-ahead concept if this is the quality of staff you plan to hire. Your own manager can't manage her staff and your hostess has ZERO grasp of dining room turnover. Another fine example of customer "no" service.

I called at 4:30 to make reservations for a party of 8 for 6pm. I was asked for my phone # and name and told they would see us at 6pm. Gentleman that answered was very pleasant.We arrived at 5:55 and was told it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. A little bothered since we called at 4:30 and made reservations but decided to grab a drink from the bar and sit outside. Bar was busy so we had to wait for drinks.... understandable. No big deal.Went back in 40 minutes later for another round of drinks since we weren't seated yet. While ordering drinks, we asked the young hostess how much longer we should expect before we were seated. She scrolled her list and said she couldn't find our name. I told my friend "we aren't even on the list." The hostess said, oh here you are. It's going to be 30 to 40 more minutes. I said "that's what we were told when we first got here and we called and made reservations."My friend went to the manager who was no help at all. She made the comment that they called us twice and we didn't respond. I received no text message or phone call and they knew we were sitting outside waiting. No one tried to reach out to us.As my friend was talking to the manager (very calmly and nicely by the way) ... the hostess kept giving me very dirty looks and talking to her co-worker about me and my friend. She was very rude and unprofessional. Management should have handled this situation way different but we were given the impression that they could care less. We didn't matter.Very unfortunate.We will try a different location next time.

Nobody here cares about anything… literally anything. Had a tree branch in our onion thing, waited for 1 hour 10 minutes and got nothing. Think anyone cared or tried to make it right? Absolutely not. We will never go back.
