DISAPPOINTED! We eat at Lucky 32 and the other restaurants owned by this company about once a week and today we had Thanksgiving lunch. I inquired about two options one being the meatloaf and the other being the Steak Bernaise. The server said that the steak was better and more tender than the meatloaf. She compared it to a filet mignon as far as tenderness goes. When I cut into my steak it was somewhat on the tender side yet still difficult to cut through and very chewy. I wouldn’t describe it as tough but definitely not tender and melt in your mouth like a filet mignon. I was disappointed and kindly questioned the server again about how the meat should be. It was obvious that I wasn’t happy yet she didn’t offer any resolution and didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t happy. I ate a few pieces and left the rest on my plate (see picture) I kept thinking that certainly with this restaurant being a high end place she would notice, especially after I had questioned the chewiness and meat quality, that she would say something, yet she didn’t. At the end of the meal with most of the meat still on my plate I told her I would take a to go container so I could feed it to my dog and yet still nothing.

I am really not as disappointed in my meal as I am the server. Never asking if she could get me another cut or offering something else. My son decided to get the meatloaf which was the other choice I had considered and it was great! I kept hoping they would offer to get me that as a replacement. I know I am going to be disappointed in meals from time to time but my big thing is the restaurant/server taking care of their customers and making sure they are happy. Obviously they failed today! This review is mostly about the consideration of the server and paying attention to their customers.

On the positive side, we really do like Lucky 32 and Green Valley Grill and Printworks. They are a great group of restaurants and like I said earlier we eat at the three quite often. They are always on time with your reservation and the wait staff is usually very good. Don’t let my review keep you from giving them your business. They typically do a great job:)

FYI, the picture is the amount of meat that was left on my plate at the end of my meal. I didn’t slice it, it came that way. I kept trying a few different pieces hoping the next would be better but it wasn’t.

Wow! The food here is so delicious. I ordered the shecrab soup for a starter. It was delicious. For my entree, I couldn’t decide between the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the delta pasta. I ended up ordering the meatloaf to eat there and the delta pasta to go. That was a great decision because they were both divine. The delta pasta was one of the BEST pastas I have ever had. I would say it rivals one of my favorites at a restaurant in Biloxi, Mississippi. The prices are also reasonable!

I dined with my best friend for Sunday Brunch. I was thrilled to know that most of the items could be made gluten-free, with the exception of the fried chicken dishes. I settled on the Sweet Potato Hash at the recommendation of our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and very kind. My best friend ordered the Chicken Sandwich. This was her first visit to Lucky 32, she kept saying how nice the restaurant is and how she enjoyed the atmosphere, and the music. Our food arrived in mere minutes after placing our order. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about, which is high praise, as I am a food snob. The hash arrived with delicious, perfectly cooked poached eggs, tender, sweet potatoes, and caramelized onions. The bacon lardons were the best I have ever eaten: tender and smoky! My friend said her sandwich was delicious. I haven't been to Lucky 32 in years, but I plan to make it a habit to go back regularly.

We had Avi as our waiter she was courteous and quick the food was delicious and the manager Jeremy even stopped by to check on our table if you want great food and great service this is the place to go

This place is simply amazing!!! Drinks.. Amazing... Service..... Amazing!!! The food is on another level. The Shrimp and Grits are hands down the best I've ever had and I've been to at least 20 different restaurants that I've had Shrimp and Grits. There's no way to be disappointed eating here.

Food excellent per usual . Server was good insofar as checking on us and delivering food/wine. She was not knowledgeable about wine on the by glass menu, in fact I had to point out a wine that she said you only carry by the bottle. It was extremely loud , could not hear any conversation at my table. Heard everyone else though. This alone would keep me from visiting again even though I have been a regular customer to date. It was just too loud. Paying $250 for a meal that prohibits talking with your guests is not desirable. Sitting outside when the weather is nice is much preferable. Thanks to host staff for accommodating my table request as I am temporarily using a walker.

Everything was wonderful. Our waitress was exceptional, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was perfect.

One of my favorite restaurants in the piedmont area. They also offer so many great options for my gluten allergy diet. Always enjoy the servers, especially Casey.

I had my first visit here and it won’t be my last. The food was excellent fresh full of flavor and great portions. The atmosphere was amazing great music ambiance and great lighting. I can’t wait to go back and try another amazing dish!
