Best darn food truck at the Festival! This is hands down the greatest cheesesteak you will get south of Philly. The collard green egg rolls - so unique and are amazing - wash it all down with your chose of lemonade .

I had an opportunity to taste this delicious food at the Siler City Chicken Festival. The steak and cheese sandwich was incredible and my wife loved the peach cobbler egg roll. I will be taking a trip to Greensboro real soon.

this was my first experience and I heard about the collard green roll. LISTEN BABY!!!!! i wish I had got more than one. it was delicious. I can't wait for them to be back out so I can visit the food truck again. the cheese steak roll was packed with meat and it was great also with the dipping sauce.
This cheesesteak is amazing! The meat-cheese, peppers - so good! and good luck keeping it all together! A good cheesesteak falls apart and this one delivers - get a fork. Order the alligator fries! The Maho’s sauce and cheese brings it home - grand slam. Marcus - you have created a masterpiece!

I had their food truck today and it took 20 minutes to get my food. When I did get it it was wrong. They had to remake it and because they make it quickly it wasn't good fries were still cold and tasted bland. They also charged me $10 to not add bacon to a fry order which they ended up getting wrong.Do not recommend it.
