Unprofessional customer service. Employees are poorly trained, defensive, patronizing and are not a “good face” for Marcos Pizza. I understand good employees are hard to find but if this is the standard the owners subscribe to then I am concerned
To whomever this may concern! On today March 11,2024 we went to the location on elm street in Greensboro NC. We were greeted by unfriendly staff to our surprise it was actually one of the two managers on duty! We still ordered a half n half pizza we get home the pizza was incorrect we immediately called to let them know the gentlemen who answered was nice we could tell he was not the manager who rudely took our order and gave us sarcasm while doing so or maybe they just didn’t...read full review
Placed my order online and was supposed to be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Show up in 19 minutes and they can’t even find an order for it. I give them my order number and she looks at the computer in the back and tells me “we just found it…they will start making your order now.” So they haven’t even started making it and didn’t even know it existed at the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up.
