I ordered the lunch special, the build-your-own pizza, with white sauce, extra white sauce, and beef. However, the pizza I received only had beef and cheese, with no visible white sauce. Because I was at work, I called the restaurant to address the issue and spoke with the manager, Marco, who stated that the white sauce consists only of butter, garlic, and Parmesan. Unfortunately, the pizza was extremely dry—so much so that it was uncomfortable to eat. I do not typically complain, but this experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially given that the order was not prepared as requested.

I have been a big Marcos fan but their service has fallen off. Everytime I order a pizza well done cut square it is the complete opposite. The pizza they sent tonight to replace the one made wrong was cut square but far from well done. It was actually mushy. I think I am going to have to give up on them.

Pretty good pizza, especially the shredded pepperoni, but the website's tracking features didn't work and the delivery was 45 minutes later than the estimate given. It took about an hour and a half to get here.
Definitely NOT worth the wait. I'll avoid this place in the future.

Came 2 hours before close doors were locked every chair put up and they said I would have to place it online and pick it up in 15 minutes , what’s the point of even being open if u have to go through so much to even place an order will not return to this location

Very delicious pizza we did a pick up order first time trying this pizza and I am so pleased. Pizza was made perfect and the young lady at window was so sweet ! Customer service excellent food excellent! The restaurant is very clean too you can see in the window!

Good pizza but didn't get the specialty crust as ordered. We just ordered two pizzas and I had chosen two specialty crusts on the app when I placed the order but the crust was very plain and not coated with any cheese or garlic as I had asked for. It's one of the reasons I really love them but am dissaointed the crust which is such a large part of the pizza wasn't flavorful at all. I discareded it! Don't ask if we want a specialty crust and then not do it. Just be aware if you are ordering a specialty crust!

So Marcos is apparently a newer pizza chain franchise? I don't know how long they've been around, but I just recently tried the one here in Greensboro, and I must say... MY FAMILY & I LOVE IT!! The pizza sauce, cheese, and dough are all fantastic! The food is super yummy, and my order has been made correctly all 3 times I've ordered. We'll definitely be making this one of our favorite pizza spots.
