The managers are absolutely unprofessional the man and woman both cursed at me and my husband and refused to remake our pizza after they got it wrong we offered to bring the incorrect pizza back and still they refused to remake it don’t eat here at all a year ago at this location one of their drivers stole a tip off my credit card after I tipped cash then when I went to the store and reported it bc I still had my receipt they blocked deliveries to my home! Now this I highly recommend you do not eat at this particular Marcos! Bc the level of customer service is horrendous

To whomever this may concern! On today March 11,2024 we went to the location on elm street in Greensboro NC. We were greeted by unfriendly staff to our surprise it was actually one of the two managers on duty! We still ordered a half n half pizza we get home the pizza was incorrect we immediately called to let them know the gentlemen who answered was nice we could tell he was not the manager who rudely took our order and gave us sarcasm while doing so or maybe they just didn’t know by the phone call that we were black! He offered to replace our pizza and we offered to return the incorrect one! 5 mins later we get a call from the female manager on duty who was very irate saying she made the order based off how we ordered it we clearly said one side pepperoni the other side bacon none the less she refused to remake our pizza she also cursed at me and refused to let me speak
To the other manager on duty! She yelled and screamed at me to the point my kids heard it in the living room. My Fiancé called back and asked to speak to the manager the male came to the phone! He was very nasty and doubled down and refused to make our pizza correctly! This is absolutely horrible customer service!

Pizza tastes good, the topping was bare. The saddest thing was the wings. I've never never seen such tiny piece. It was about 2.5" long 1.25" wide and that was the drumstick!

i ordered doordash from here, and the wrong order came. i got my money back from doordash, but called the store (the orders were very similar and the same first name and it had something on it that i'm allergic to so i just assumed they made it a little incorrectly) to just remind them to try and be careful due to allergies, and they informed me they accidentally sent the wrong order. the general manager, i don't know how to spell his name, was incredibly kind and understanding. he sent me a new pizza for free, himself, and i tried to tip but he declined. the food is great, but the service is better!! i very much appreciate how understanding they were, and how they further resolved the issue w out me asking to. the person i orianlly spoke too when i called was also very understanding and apologetic over the issue as well. great staff!
Classic Marco's, the pizza is good and is always consistent. The staff is always kind and attentive when ordering or picking up. This location does not really have a place to sit in, and is a little difficult to get to since it is a one way drive thru location.

It was my first time there to get the new pizzoli and I'll never return. He wasn't very friendly. He said there's different kinds and he could have just told me what kinds they have while he was talking. Instead he said I'll let you look over there at the menu again. Seemed condescending. He's probably a godless liberal who was offended by my Trump sweater. Pure Trump derangement. Liberals want to take away our coffee and gas stoves and cows (which God made) and want the earth to turn cold so we can't farm. They are the antichrist.

We typically order through a location in Winston, and don't expect much. However, this location had plenty of staff, all super friendly and eager to help. Plus, the store was clean, organized and the wait time was super short even on a busy Sunday night.

THEN ORDER MESSED UP AND ARNOLD THE MANAGER LITERLY SHOUTING AT ME WHEN I CANCELED ORDER AND REQUESTED WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE CREDIT BACK ON CARD. NEVER AGAIN. DOMINOS IS BETTER THAN THIS.. I WILL FIND THE OWNER OF THIS SORRY FRANCHISE. THIS IS THE ONE ON ELM ST GREENSBORO, NC.
