Went to get my food last night all the employees was outside apparently they locked there self out smh how all y'all get locked out on a Monday is crazy what was y'all doing that you wasn't supposed to be doing not making my pizza apparently is one cause u ain't do it ya to busy playing outside

Last night, I placed an order with Marcoās Pizza that was never delivered. According to the delivery driver, the address could not be locatedāan explanation I found unusual given that Iāve received deliveries to this location without issue.
I contacted the store and spoke with the manager to resolve the matter. Rather than working collaboratively toward a solution, he immediately informed me of what he intended to do, which was to issue store credit. I respectfully explained that I preferred a refund, as I do not plan to order from this location again and therefore would not benefit from a credit.
Throughout the conversation, I remained calm and offered to reconnect on Monday to allow time for a more thoughtful resolution. However, the manager declined that option and insisted that credit was the only recourse. I made it clear that his proposed solution was not acceptable and that I would not be pressured into accepting terms that did not align with my needs as a customer.
Unfortunately, the manager ended the call abruptly after I mirrored the tone he had used with me. Itās disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and customer care.

Pizza: Decent version, garlic butter crust topper worth a go. Solid and this will hit someone right.
CheezyBread: Garlic butter cheese goodness. Excellent and the best thing we tried.
Steak and Cheese sub: Not a reorder for my taste. Too many good versions around.
Did a takeaway order and you can tell staff is still learning the works such as the menu, use of registers, etc. This will have to work itself out like anything new.
Has a lot of competition in the area and time will tell.

The food was great and above expectations, staff is very friendly and the place is always clean, I go here at least once a week and will keep returning!!

this was the best pizza experience iāve ever had, i wish i had asked for the gentlemanās name that served us because they were amazing!! came with a friend and tried a bbq pizza for the first time, and i can say that ill never be the same. i will be coming back here whenever i am in greensboro. there was only seating outside but it genuinely wasnāt a problem at all!!
