Unprofessional customer service. Employees are poorly trained, defensive, patronizing and are not a “good face” for Marcos Pizza. I understand good employees are hard to find but if this is the standard the owners subscribe to then I am concerned

To whomever this may concern! On today March 11,2024 we went to the location on elm street in Greensboro NC. We were greeted by unfriendly staff to our surprise it was actually one of the two managers on duty! We still ordered a half n half pizza we get home the pizza was incorrect we immediately called to let them know the gentlemen who answered was nice we could tell he was not the manager who rudely took our order and gave us sarcasm while doing so or maybe they just didn’t know by the phone call that we were black! He offered to replace our pizza and we offered to return the incorrect one! 5 mins later we get a call from the female manager on duty who was very irate saying she made the order based off how we ordered it we clearly said one side pepperoni the other side bacon none the less she refused to remake our pizza she also cursed at me and refused to let me speak
To the other manager on duty! She yelled and screamed at me to the point my kids heard it in the living room. My Fiancé called back and asked to speak to the manager the male came to the phone! He was very nasty and doubled down and refused to make our pizza correctly! This is absolutely horrible customer service!

I will never order delivery again. I placed my order when the restaurant opened at 11:00. It's now 12:54. My lunch break is over at this point and I know my pizza will be cold. I tried to order in advance to have it here on time but obviously did not happen.

I usually give this place five stars because the food is so great but I asked her for light sauce and they never read white sauce even though they punch it in the cashier attitude was horrible she wasn't very helpful at all very disappointed makes me not want to come back coupons are confusing to everybody to use so she didn't want to get give me the coupon discount she wanted me to order something totally different

Placed my order online and was supposed to be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Show up in 19 minutes and they can’t even find an order for it. I give them my order number and she looks at the computer in the back and tells me “we just found it…they will start making your order now.” So they haven’t even started making it and didn’t even know it existed at the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up. No apology, no coupon for next visit, no reason that they had a busy night or anything! It was just 1 large pizza!

Stop hatin' on this spot y'all, it's not New York. Hospitality was amazing and friendly. Located in an odd spot but the food is worth the trip. They've always been good to me and the pizza has always been pretty fresh and hot.

I have had issues in the past with the pizzas appearing like they had been dropped. But tonight it looks like they dropped and kicked them through the air.

They cut my pizza in long strips and molded it back together. What the hell. I had 6" strips that looked like a full pizza until I got home. One piece was 2". Drive thru so I didn't inspect. These were not kids working. Unreal- horrible employees. I tipped them $10 unwittingly

The most expensive small pizza I've eaten in my life.Each topping is 1.25 + 9.99 price of the piza. Paid 31.5 for 2 small pizzas with 3 toppings each. I had a coupon when I tried to use it at the New Garden location (which is the only place my coupon was valid) the employee said I can only use it if the manager is there and evidently the manager wasn't there.
