I ordered parmesan shavings as a topping and even doubled it because I know they like to be stingy. The “manager” swears up and down she put it on there. Does it look like there’s any parmesan shavings on this pizza? There’s absolutely none on there, and normally I wouldn’t care but the lying is ridiculous, and she’s obviously just lazy.

Pizza is good, service is good, but that damn delivery girl slow and I’m not talking speed.

There’s no delivery details option on the website, so there was no way for me to explain which door for her to knock at. But we order from them often. My phone wasn’t working at the time when she knocked on the wrong door again, like she does every time we order. Took the pizza back to Marcos They wanted me to re-order my pizza so they could deliver it again instead of just going back to my residence which is on the same street as Marcos. I really don’t understand why they didn’t send me the pizza that I originally ordered.??‍♀️

They were close to closing and the guy was super curtious and pleasant. Told me he was closing but would make me a pizza since he noticed I was a new customer. The fact he noticed I was a new customer and went beyond to make feel appreciated as a new customer.

Ordered here a few times. Always forget a sauce ranch I paid extra for or other. Didn't really care still got my food.. but tonight they forgot to cut the pizza and I have to figure out how to cut it up in my hotel room.. I called got a young kid I get it.. food service is simple did it for years. Before you hand anyone the food make sure it's all there and prepared properly..

I love Marco’s! So my excitement when this one came into the neighborhood was off the charts.However, after one bad experience then another bad experience, and then still a THIRD bad experience, I contacted corporate. They sent me gift certificates for free pizzas. I decided to use them, but really wish that I hadn’t.So as to be clear, this is the Spring Garden location.I called to place my order, as I didn’t trust online ordering as this is one of the things they continually and unapologetically messed up on. The person that I spoke with said, “Talk to me when you get here and I’ll take care of it.” When I got to the store handed my gift certificates for the pizza, the staff said, “We don’t accept these.”This place is unbelievable. I’ve worked in pizza places. I’ve worked in food service. I am never nasty to people working. I know how it gets. This staff, though, was the most unapologetic, unaccommodating, and rude staff I have ever experienced. I will not be returning, and I would suggest that if you are still reading this, you don’t either. They might mess up your order, then when you get home and realize that your order is messed up and call them to tell them that your order is messed up, they’ll say, “What was your receipt number? OK I see it. We will make you another one. Just bring that one back. It will be ready in 30 minutes.” Then, when you do get there, 30 minutes later, and your pizza, still not ready, you’ll ask why. Their response, “That’s the way it works.”I really hope the owner of this franchise sees my review, because you need to do some serious housekeeping.

Did a carryout order. Waited an extra 15 minutes and when we got home, our calzone had garlic on crust which I did not want. They were very apologetic about the extra waiting but just disappointed to wait all that time and have part of your order be wrong. Pizza was kind of bland, no one in the house liked it. The crust and sauce was good, but just too much of it, We couldn't taste the toppings. The cheese was really bland too, it was weird, It had zero flavor. I'm sure a lot of people like their pizza, we just were not fans. The best thing out of my whole order was the Italian sub I got. My husband and I ended up sharing a 6 inch sub because he wasn't happy with his calzone at all. All in all, won't try again.

This particular Marcos played a clever, yet cruel, trick upon my last visit. I ordered 5 pizzas, which I get, is a lot. However, that is their job to makes pizzas and literally what they are paid for. When I picked them up, they took my card at the door and charged me for 6 pizzas. When I received my receipt and 6 pizzas I was disappointed but assumed my party would be able to eat them all and shrugged off this inconvenience. They stuck an empty pizza box in the middle of my 5 pizzas. Pretty clever!For the person who played the trick - I genuinely hope that you find something in your life that lights you up! Life is too short to be so miserable that you consciously choose to cause harm (no matter how seemingly inconsequential) to another. I hope you find joy and stop wasting your life away at a job that obviously causes you so much distress ?
