i called at 11:48 on January 11 2025 to make sure they were open since we had that big snow storm. The girl on the phone said “yes we just opened” so i drive over there to walk in and place an order and the doors are locked. the cooks are looking at me with a dumb look on their face acting like they can’t walk around and open the door then they look at the cashier to open the door i hear her start laughing and say something along the lines of “i’m not opening the door hahah” The girl is quite rude and so are the cooks i walk away to give my business somewhere else. if they don’t want to work then they should’ve closed the rest of the day or called out no one forced them to come in. What a tragic place. the food quality has been going down hill anyway. as i’m sitting here writing this i see more people walk up to the door and they’re not letting them in. i do hope the owner can find new staff since these people seem to not care about anything. The cashier sucks the cooks suck

This place is HORRIBLE and so is the food, One of the short pizza workers blew his nose and proceeded to make MY pizza without washing his hands or without any gloves. The only sweet people there are the cashiers. The manager is awful , I’ve been there 3 times recently and noticed a new cashier, the manager literally almost blew off his head yelling at her and she looked like she wanted to cry. Those cashiers deserve better.

The staff at new garden was playing Mexican music very load you can here in the dining area ! it’s supposed to be Italian what a disrespect to my culture! Not even real Italians cooking the pizza it tasted like not what is was 5 years ago! Change the name to Jose’s Mexican pizza

Picked up a pepperoni pizza to go and wanted to make sure we had enough so I got the 24". It was massive. Wouldn't fit on the front seat of my truck. We had plenty of delicious pizza with some left over.

I grew up in New York. Mario's Pizza is the closest thing you'll find to actual New York style pizza. The pizza by the slice portions are huge with a classic thin crust and robust seasoned sauce. Bring your appetite if you want to eat at Mario's

Normally love the pizza and service here but today was different. I ordered a couple of slices, to go but was disappointed to see that they didn't even bother to melt the extra cheese.... I think I'll stick to the Friendly center location, where they actually care about preparing the order, properly.

New Garden is by far the best. Freshest ingredients, always perfectly done and best crust around.
