The food here is great but what really makes it special is the gentleman taking orders. Just watched him patiently take a first-time customer through the menu and made her feel as comfortable as possible making a decision. Whatever he's getting paid, it's probably not enough.

Soon as I arrived the young lady was on the phone for way to long and barely acknowledged our presence for pick up.She got our order wrong when we called back about our pizza, I was told mistakes happen in a very nonchalant way. They did offer to make it right it was just inconvenient. I had better customer service at the one on W.Wendover and the Highpoint location.That’s where I will continue to go moving forward.The wings are good!!!ranch isn’t all that good gave a small amount of fries which I didn’t appreciate The steak and cheese sub was really good though just next time be more friendly I review foods for a living

Classic New York-style pizza. Delicious. I grew up in the New York tri-state area and whenever I go back to visit, I make sure to drop into one of those small (hot) pizza places to pick up a pie. You can get all kinds of excellent pizza in North Carolina but if you crave that special New York magic, the place to get it is Mario's.

We normally get our food at the New Garden store...We tried the Friendly store today and it's important to note that the food from the Friendly store is superior. Food is fresher, tastier, better portion sizes, not over salted. Will be changing to this store and ordering more often from this store. NY pizza, subs, salads, Tiramisu etc all wonderful!!!

The girl who were answered me on Saturday refused to help me when my pizza were delivered on wrong location. She refused to call a manager and even did not give me chance to explain and told me I have to find my pizza by myself. Good, on that location live our friends. Very disappointed of the service. Didn’t expect of that. I love their pizza but not the phone service. They need more patience to upset customers especially when mistakes were made by them.
