My 1st time visiting was on July 14, 2024
My 7 yr old suggested we stop there, he likes food trucks.
We ordered the Steak Volcanoes Chilaquiles with the Watermelon agua frescas.
Honey, it was delicious!!! I wish I had ordered two!!
Fresh, seasoned, great portions, and neat presentation, it just good home cooked food.
We definitely will be back.

Tried ceviche for the first time today and i must say it was the BEST. Omg, all the ingredients tasted so fresh. Everything was seasoned perfectly. On top of that, the owner (i’m assuming, I didn’t get his name) was super sweet and personable. He explained how to eat it with the tostadas. All in all, so good and I can’t wait to go back already and try the rest of the menu!

If you crave true authentic Mexican food I highly recommend this guy. I’ve tried many Mexican food trucks but this is by far the absolute best. Get the pork belly tacos. Oh my fat belly!

If you are looking for really good tacos in Greensboro, make sure to visit them. If you have to drive 20 min to get there GO, it is absolutely worth it. We tried the carne asada tacos and are good, but I presonally recommend the "Plebe" they come with asada, chorizo, cheese cilantro, grilled onions and guacamole. The pastor is AMAZING, you absolutely have to try it. The shrimp ceviche is really good. So, if you are in the area or craving some tacos (we are from México and we really know our tacos jeje) make sure to visit this food truck, you will not regret it!!!

Always friendly service, food quality and taste are absolutely the best. You would never believe the food came off of a food truck!!! Full 5⭐️rating across the board. My wife and I can’t recommend this place enough.
