Great seafood in the Mexican Pacific coast tradition. Sad there was no mezcal--surprised, too. Wait service was great, live music was fun but a little loud when right beside our table.

This place is over priced and I was highly upset. I ordered the fajita Texans and there was way more vegetables then meat. I also ordered a chicken strip kids meal and that was very stale and cold. When I told the waitress she took the plate back only to bring back the same chicken strips dipped back into the grease and made even harder. My daughter only has 5 teeth. So I ordered the grilled chicken instead. It took some time to get this order that I was almost done eating my own food. Once we got her good she no longer wanted to eat because she was full from having to eat the chips and drink so I boxed it. When I checked it I sat the food on the table to pay and went back for it it was gone. They had thrown it away. I called them cause I am a truck driver and my child rides with me so I wasn't able to go back they first told me they weren't responsible, but I had already paid and tipped. It wasn't until I pressed the issue that they finally agree to remake the order but wen I asked if I cud come later I was told I could not that I had to come right now. So I asked to speak to the manager to where I sat on hold until the call hung up. I don't like the service here and the food was not very tasty. If Yu know a better place jus go there cause these people are not very friendly or welcoming and very rude.

Went here for dinner and ordered the seafood stuffed salmon. Complimentary chips and salsa instead of the vegetable ceviche or whatever the older reviews mentioned. The food itself was good; I enjoyed it quite a bit, but the fries came out lukewarm at best if not sort of cold. I was maybe 1/3rd through the salmon filet after going through the variety of seafood atop it when I noticed a hair embedded in my food and needed to point it out to my server.

Felt like it took forever for him to come back around to me so I could bring it up. Service in general I couldn't say was good for my experience, there seemed to be plenty of wait-staff, but it always felt a little too long before I had this major issue.

Waiter grabbed the manager I presume, and they offered me only a discount at first which wasn't exactly what you'd like to see when your food is contaminated with someone's hair. I very politely told them that I couldn't finish my meal with that in mind, so they made me a new entree pretty quickly. Afterwards the server was more attentive. The food was good and didn't find any further issues.

It's just a bit disappointing that when they brought the check that they considered making another order of the dish amends enough for the issue. Maybe I just had a bad experience but between the service and hair issue + resolution I'm not aching to come back.

Soooooo DELICIOUS

This was our first, but likely only visit to this restaurant. I had the paella plate, but got very sick after the meal. The other thing that was very annoying is that we were a group of four and when the check came, it included a service charge of 18%. There was no indication or information that stated that meals would have a 18% service charge. There was no explanation if that is part of the tip or not. That is false advertising or posting of pricing on the menu. Not okay! We won't be back!

Pros: delicious fajitas Texarkana, rice, beans, tortillas, and crema

Cons; ceviche was oversalted, guacamole super oversalted (spat out), margarita undrinkable (too sour/salty), one of the worst I've had.

Undecided: salsa is delicious but more of a sauce (runny)

Food was ok. Nothing to brag about. Ive definitely had better. We got chicken tacos and steak fajitas. And water. They added a 18% service fee.... so that was the tip for a server who came to our table only when we waved her down. My total was $45. They did have a band playing the whole time that was pretty cool. But id probably never go back.

I definitely loved this place since they first opened, the food and atmosphere is great, but sadly me and my family would never come back again, because we had problems with the manager she is so disrespectful and discourteous, as I said I been here since they first opened and I never encountered such mean behavior with any other of their employees, again this place is great, just don’t go unless you want to be treat as trash by the manager.

This place is awesome, the food and environment is great but the manager is very rude. I came to visit this place with my friends since we love Mexican food, everything was great except the manager’s attitude and she is the reason why we would never come back, I have heard this is not the first time she is rude and unprofessional with customers, hopefully they do something about it.

I love the food at sayulita but yesterday sadly the campechana cocktail was bland and sour, and the manager was very rude, she definitely makes this place look bad since this is not the first time I hear the manager is rude to the customers, hopefully they removed her one day because this place is awesome and they don’t need rude staff.

Awesome delicious food, great staff and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly. I will be back when passing through Greensboro again.
