Best bahn mi I’ve had in Greensboro so far. Had the beef bulgogi bang mj with a guava my way fruit tea. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I love the tea at 25 percent sweet for my drinks.

Not my first time going to master tea but Everytime I do go I’m the utmost happy with my order. The workers that served my food were not only kind but great at conversing. I always order the banh mi and the shrimp roll which is always a 10/10 for a good price as well. One of the best boba shops in the Greensboro triad.

My granddaughter and I arrived 15 minutes before closing only to find the closed sign on the door and the lights inside still on. Employees were cleaning up, looked at us and laughed. They may have great teas (we wouldn’t know) but we won’t be back - they aren’t the only game in town.

The worker was friendly and got our order out quickly! The flan dessert was refreshing and had a wide variety of textures, making a wonderfully sensory dessert! Vietnamese iced coffee with added coffee jelly had a perfect amount of sweetness and was very good! We had a issue with one of our orders but management addressed it promptly.

Terrible experience! We ordered brown sugar milk tea with boba and got home only to be so disappointed to find that the lady did not add boba to the tea. There was one customer before us, which means they were not busy either. I called them about this, asked for a refund since I did not get what I ordered and they argued that milk sugar brown tea does not come with boba!
I do not recommend this place. No concept of customer service!!

Horrible customer service. I went there today. I was charged for three teas when I asked for two. She had a problem refunding one of the teas. I asked for a receipt to prove I was refunded and she said she respectfully declines to give me a receipt. Then to top it off look at my milk tea. It is not strained correctly and has water on the bottom. I do not recommend this place.

That option was not offered and sweetener is not that color. People expect items to look like your posted pictures that is false advertising. She respectfully declined to offer me a paper copy when I asked her. She didn't go back and get you.

Order an Oreo boba, received a coconut boba, told the cashier and they acted like it was nothing they could do about it????

Quick service, the boba tea was delicious, and they actually had boba! Lots of places have been out lately. And the atmosphere was cozy.
