Just ordered through uber eats and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with extra Honey Mustard and instead they put no honey mustard. $20 down the drain and now I have to eat this dry sandwich

I've eaten at McAlister's around North Carolina and the food at the Greensboro location was just like all the others. McAlister's is above average for a chain delicatessen. What I like most is the 'choose two' where you get a half sandwich and choice of side. This time I got a half club and half salad. I can't remember which salad it was, but it had gorgonzola cheese on it and it was actually really good. I also appreciated the staff who checked on us regularly, filled our tea, gave us napkins and even joked around with us. I appreciated that. I recommend it.

The food was great unfortunately in my kids Mac and cheese I found what seems like a rubber piece of a spatula. Look like cheese until I felt it and sure enough was rubber
Food is excellent. The club sandwich is delicious. Potato salad is delicious. The tea is great !! Service is fantastic and very attentive.

I haven’t been or ate Mcalisters deli before until today. The gentleman that took my order helps me with all my questions and he’s very nice. Also he came to my table and refilled my sweet tea. This place doesn’t look like a place that would cater to you like this, but they do. Food was great and atmosphere is nice and I felt comfortable.

Just ordered my food togo and received my veggie potato without the cheese sauce and my side caesar salad without the caesar. What kind of caesar is that?? Very disappointing as this is my first time having McAllisters. I had to add my own shredded cheese and my own ranch as I don’t have Caesar dressing at home.
