Last weekend we were here after practicing Zumba, eating some super delicious and healthy sandwiches. They fascinated me, and the cookies were fresh out of the oven for dessert, exquisite. I recommend this restaurant.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. There was a single line formed for customers to order at a counter. I rated the atmosphere as a two star because the line that guests were standing in to place their orders was right beside where guests were sitting to dine. It felt like the strangers were part of my lunch group. My sandwich came out hot, but it had something green on it that was the consistency of avocado. My sandwich didn't come with avocado so I'm not exactly sure what was on it. It took a while for my food to come out, so I didn't reorder it. I had to get my own napkins and had to ask someone where to find them. The prices seemed like every other overpriced restaurant these days. $12-$13 dollars without much to show for it.

Wonder how many more times they plan to walk by the wet floor sign over sticky floor before they mop spill up? Sign & spill was there before I came in. They were cleaning tables just not the floor apparently?

They took forever for my order to come out. Then 2 of us got our food about 30 minutes in. The 3rd of us didn't get our meal until another 10 minutes later.

Take out a loan for sub par quality!!! Wow what happened to this company? I can buy a pound of Boars Head Roast Beef for the price they charge for a few slices! Service was horrible and yet they ask for a tip? Half a cup of mushy Mac and cheese, cold roast beef with no cheese visible. Wow! 15 minutes for this?

Used to come here a lot! Now we don't. Ordered a half sandwich and soup for dinner, I literally got the quarter of a half and then the soup was a absolute joke. Best thing on the plate was the pickle they served with it on the side. I also spent almost $40 on two people. Which is absolutely insane for the food they serve here. Totally disappointed...

I love coming to this McAlister's Deli! The manager is the nicest man you will ever meet. He always greets you with a smile and a kind word.
First time eating here.. I got the potato soup, I didn't like it it was to watery...I'll try something else next

Went in and ordered the Reuben told the young man taking order that I would like extra thousand island dressing on the side, he repeats, so no thousand island dressing. I told him yes I want thousand island dressing on sandwich and extra on side, young people just don't listen, so forward to sandwich which came with no thousand island dressing and no sauerkraut and sandwich was cold I will not be back . What a horrible experience and wasted monies

I love McCalisters Deli, never a bad experience. I always get the McCalister Club. Hubby always gets the Ruben. So delucious!! Potato soup is pretty good too.
