I had a great time coming by this morning to get a snack, Tyreek was especially friendly and welcoming. Wonderful customer service, truly went above and beyond for me during my visit. 10/10, give that man a RAISE!!!!!

Had to pull out of drive thru, waited 10 mins, then brought me an incomplete order. Had to go back in to get missing items. Then only to realize , they added ketchup to 4 sandwiches that I requested plain. I travel weekly to Greensboro, I'll choose different location next time.

Horrible management, the manager should not be a manager, waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes found the male manager having a full on conversation inside with the staff. The line was so long! He shouldnot have this position in any restaurant or business matter!

1/24, about 8:30pm Ordered on the mobile app and when i came to pick up i wasn’t even greeted , the customer service was awful to say the least and i was told to pull-up to #1 , and when the order came out, not even a single word i would rather deal with robots than with this treatment. if you dont like your job or the people you encounter dont work. kap-eesh!

This McDonald’s location left me pretty disappointed. I ordered a chicken biscuit, but the chicken was rubbery and undercooked—it wasn’t edible, and I ended up throwing it away. Definitely avoid ordering chicken from here.
On the bright side, my sausage McGriddle was decent, so not everything was bad.
The two ladies working the drive-thru window were very kind and provided great service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food quality just didn’t meet expectations.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Greensboro. They only hire incompetent teenagers who can’t keep their noses out of the their phones. They offer slow and rude service.As well as messy food and dining area. Dining area and parking lot is full of crazy people.
