The cashier was also the server, therefore proper sanitation procedures were not followed. You can't wear the same gloves handling food and money! And she had terrible customer service skills.

There were many homeless people there, and the burger patties were only half the size of those at other McDonald's restaurants. I really couldn't believe McDonald's could be so bad.

yall always findin a way to mess up my orders EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. i just LOVE when my frappe is 90% ice and 10% drink. SOOOOOO refreshing after my 8 hour shift! - note that this is after like 20 minutes of melting so 30% of ice melted but good job mcdonalds!

Placed mobile order and was told that they are only taking door dash orders when I got to the drive thru … if you could only take door dash orders then turn mobile orders off. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

I ordered off the electric menu and all I ordered was 2 plain sausage biscuits and I had to pay at the counter and it took them 12 minutes to see me there were plenty of people at the store and all of them were just on there phones and chatting with each other and when I was finally able to pay I had to wait 23 minutes!! To get my food and I probably would of had to wait longer if I didn’t stop one of them and ask why are they all hanging around and she said it’s MC Donald’s don’t expect much from us which is crazy because I also have a job to do and I don’t know anyone who would say that about the place they work at it’s just crazy if you don’t like the place you work quit and find something else and if you can’t do that then man the hell up and do your job

Would be better if the being open 24 hours meant they were actually open 24 hours and didn't frequently make up bs excuses at 3:30 in the morning when I get off to not serve people.

This morning at 6 am I placed an order for curbside pickup. The order was paid for using Cash App. I then received a message that they had cancelled my order. I preceded inside and ask why my other was cancelled the half English speaking manager told me the order was not on her screen and a refund would be issued on 2 days. When I looked at my Cash App. They had tried to take another payment 2 minutes later. I need answers
