So where is the McDonald's located at 5727 West gate City boulevard?

Anyways this place always does a good job.
I think it's the same place but...
Can't count on the technology today.
Hell , we're still sitting at red lights when there's no traffic coming the other way.
They want to save the planet ! 🙄

I went to the drive-through to order a drink and I forgot my wallet. The lady very rudely said why did I even order a drink in the first place I told her because I didn’t want to drink anymore and that it’s not that big of a deal after I told her that she flipped me off horrible customer service and rude for no reason

When driving through the wonder server, she may want to check your bag to make sure you got everything before you leave no napkins. In bag, what requires to put napkins in a bag? Please advise management to make sure they put napkins in bag. Also, sometimes they put straws in your bag.Check to see if you have straws in your bag.Ask 42 if they don't.

The food (McRib) was tasty and hot. The French fries were delicious, just the right amount of seasoning.

We had a great experience with the drive-thru. One of the workers, Danielle, was so kind and positive and just left us smiling. Thanks!

The ABSOLUTE WORST!! Unprofessional, tacky, the order is never correct. They do not care about customers. They did would not give my daughter her food from a mobile order OR refund the money. The manager said they don't have time to do mobile orders BUT won't turn it off. Now we have to wait 5 days for a refund. Rude. Unprofessional. Tacky. Incompetent.

System is always somehow magically down between 3am and 4am when they about to transition to breakfast at 4am but when they would start breakfast early at 3am before they were supposed to it was fine. That system isn’t down.

There's a McDonald's that's also open 24-Hours right up the road from where we live; So it takes less than 5-Minutes for me to get there. However, I'd much rather drive a 10-15 Extra Minutes to this specific location because The Service I receive there is OUTSTANDING; Especially compared to the Location that's close enough to my Home, I could literally walk there in just a few minutes... EVEN AT 4:30AM IN THE MORNING! I tend to order Upwards of $40.00 worth of food (Sometimes A LOT MORE when we have Friends & Family over)! The Friendly & Accurate Service I receive is DEFINITELY worth driving the extra distance!
I mean... I GET IT; Mistakes Happen! I worked in The Fast Food Industry while attending University & My Daughter was actually "A Shift Lead/Manager" at McDonalds back when we lived in South Carolina. She & I both agree that anytime we had a large order via Drive-Thru, We'd Double Check to make sure The Customer received everything they ordered. Unfortunately, NO ONE is "Perfect" & Mistakes do happen, but it's HOW those "Accidental Mistakes" are handled. (Unless things have Dramatically Changed over the past year, Isn't "The Customer Always Right" in most 'Retail/Restaurant Businesses?') Again... Personally, I would never argue with a Customer if they took the time to come back through the Line to say they ordered 2-McDoubles without Onions & yet the 2 they got had Onions on them... Even after Covid hit & Dinning Rooms opened back up; I was under the impression that Employees should not take back anything through the Window. (My Daughter says she even got fussed at for simply taking a closed bottle of Soda from a Customer who asked if she could throw it in the trash!) At the Location closest to where I live, An Employee DEMANDED that I give him back all 3-Bags of Food so he could check for himself! He stood there; Unwrapped Each Sandwhich; Lifted the top bun up to see exactly what all was on it; Wrapped it back up & Threw it back into the same bag... ALL WITH BARE HANDS! _Evidently he was determined to prove me wrong, but it didn't happen. Since I'd just seen him take CASH (One of the Dirtiest Objects around; As it passes through hands all the time!) from the Customer ahead of me & not once did he wash his hands; I asked to speak to a Manager! Imagine My Surprise when he looked down at me with his Blood-Shot, Squeenched Eyes & said, "I AM the Manager Bro!" After he copped an Even Bigger Aditude when I asked for A Refund; I Politely reminded him that he had A BLUNT BEHIND HIS EAR before I "Cut My Losses" & Pulled Off!!!
At *THIS* LOCATION, Employees seem to actually WANT to be there! (Even if it is JUST FOR the paycheck! LOL!) Eventhough I had a big Order, EVERYTHING was Bagged up & ready to go by the time I paid with my card!
If I remember correctly, The Lady's name who gave me everything at the Window was NIKI. Niki was Super Nice & DEFINITELY knew Exactly how to "Walk That Very Fine Line" between being Very Professional & Extremely Friendly!
As many of us tend to do nowadays, after pulling out of the line; I stopped real quick to check the bags to ensure everything was there. & In This Case (As is Normal for THIS LOCATION); EVERYTHING WAS SPOT-ON!
The food was STILL nice & warm by the time I drove 19-Minutes home. & Since that was almost 24-Hours ago & I can still remember the Smile on Niki's face... I'd say that Dang'Good Service!!!
As for me & my Family, We will ALWAYS drive the few Extra Miles to This Location!

Went later in the night so we expected to have to wait and were patient. Even when they forgot our item both times we tried to understand and were patient until they got an attitude. They forgot 3 separate items 2 different times. We went up and waited 9 minutes to get seen so we could get missing items. Forgot an item again so we decided to just go through the line. Some skinny white dude with glasses, a buzzed head, and a hat slammed the window on us. We tried to add a cookie but at the mic they cut us off and at the window they slammed it. Tried to ask to add it and they said they couldn’t (every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to can I fact do that) when we said how the guy slammed the window in our face he said “have a nice day” and also slammed the window. Maybe learn to do a job right the first time and frustrations won’t happen. I’m a fast food manager, I get it, but this stores behavior was so childish and unprofessional. Maybe get better management or something to prevent issues.
