I went the the drive through and used the rewards app. I linked my PayPal so I could pay through the app, when I got to the line, I asked the cashier how was able to pay through the app she said she did not know so I asked her if she could scan the RQ code and she said that they didn’t have a scanner. I asked the cashier to give me a minute and as I’m getting my card, she opens the window and says that her manager told her to tell me to get out of the line because I’m holding up the line we were at the window for no more than three minutes. Since I had two separate orders, one for me and one for my niece I asked her if my niece could pay her order. She said yes, and as I’m handing her the money for my niece’s order, the manager comes up behind the worker and tells her “I don’t know what’s going on, but they need to move out of the line like bro we’re wasting time”. I can hear both of them and I told her that I’m sorry and I handed her my card to pay for my order she finishes ringing me up and I go to the second window. I’m at the second window and the manager is yet again telling the other person handing me my food to hurry up because I’m wasting their time, since the managers behind the worker I’m trying to grab both of my grinch boxes from the worker and I wasn’t able to grab both of them at the same time with one hand so one of them fell the manager huffs and complains about it and makes me pull up so they can give me a different box. I pull up manager comes out doesn’t say anything grabs the box that fell throws it in the trash goes back inside then three minutes later she sends out another worker to grab the socks from the grinch box that was in the trash bin. I didn’t receive my food for another three minutes. The food was both cold and stale.. All of the staff working at the drive through were disrespectful and talking about me in my face, they also didn’t know how to work the app…. They should hire professional people that actually want to work and know how to handle customer issues professionally.

I’m pregnant and diabetic and they gave me a regular soda instead of diet. The order clearly said diet, yet my blood sugar was over 300 after drinking it. Plus, curbside took so long I had to go in the store. This location used to be great, but it’s getting worse every day.

Order number 764. The only thing right with my order was the drink which I fixed myself inside, the 4 pc nugget sauce and fries. My 2 Double Hamburgers was someone else’s order 1666. The Hot and Spicy McChicken also made wrong. My friend that was with order number 262 received undercooked meat for his burgers. Another issue is that managers and employees should not be squabbling and cussing in the presence of customers. One employee went from outside and behind the counter not even on the clock or nothing, using a kiosk behind the counter to order food. You can also hear people saying “I know you not on my clock and you on break!”. The drive thru was a hot mess also, the lobby was also as people were waiting a long time for food. My favorite was the piece of plastic molded to my chicken patty on the hot and spicy Mc Chicken.
