One of the crappier McD's of the area. Orders get messed up fairly frequent. They close early randomly. When they don't close early, after 9pm, they are insanely slow. 10 minute wait at drive thru is not uncommon, even with no other cars in line. Definitely to be avoided after 9pm. During lunch hours, it's ok, but still better off at just about any other restaurant in the area.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers large fry and caramel frappe thru door dash. Door dash picked up my order. When i received my order there was NO drink in sight, fries were cold and burgers had more ketchup on the wrapper than the burgers. You pay all these fees. For what? No need to respond and send the generics reply. That's even if they care. They don't care no way. Until that job is taken. But it's cool. Won't be order from here even outside of the door dash app. Good riddens. That's how they treat first responders. Sad. Door dash can kick rocks too.

Ordered a Big Mac and it came to me like this. Then when I took it back to ask if they could fix it they sat in the kitchen with the box and brought the same box back. This place SUCKS. Asked for a large fry and got a medium as well.

I like this McDonald's so much better because they actually fill up the fries and like some other McDonald's whatever you order a large and it's literally the same amount that comes in a size small and whatever. I'm paying $4 for french fries. I would really like for it to be the correct size. That's something that they need to work on, but this McDonald's does great most of the time

Unlike basically every other restaraunt in the city, McDonald’s is the only one where it’s hit or miss, when you show up. Depending on location you’ll either be greeted when you walk up to the front counter, OR like this particular location, you can stand there for over 10 mins and the entire staff will just worry about the drive though. No one will be at the front counter for long amounts of time. And YES they see how many people are waiting in line at the front inside. Imagine Chick-fil-A being like that when you walk in🥴At this point, from what I’ve seen from most McDonald’s locations in Greensboro; they might as well become a drive through only place like cookout, bc their staff can’t or won’t worry about the people inside(especially grubhub). They got McDonald’s mobile pick up out of there quickly and door dash right after, but I guess grubhub is at the bottom of the list🤣I won’t be picking up anymore McDonald’s orders👏🏽

It's McDonalds, so I never really expect much. However, on opening the container for my sandwich, it was so greasy the bun had quite literally liquified. Like I picked the top half up, and most of the bread was so soggy and soaked it stayed on the sandwich. One of the only times I have just thrown food away rather than eat it.
