Literally never had an issue and if I did they made sure it was fixed quick fast and in a hurry with no problems! Very nice staff never had a bad encounter

However, some issues with order accuracy and food temperature have been reported. In the past, cold food was given to a customer, who then shared it with a homeless person, and the customer was told to return after Christmas to resolve the issue, which led them to spend their money elsewhere. Overall, the restaurant continues to strive for good service and a pleasant experience.
