I picked up food for my family. I returned home and served everyone. My husband took one bite of the qtr lb burger and it was completely raw. He began to feel sick. The nuggets were cold and stale and tasteless. The fries seemed like they were mixed with old ones then again with undercooked ones. They were also terrible. Since my review on the McDonald’s website went unheeded I’ll post here. I really dislike spending my money and not having my wishes respected. I’ve been ordering cookies for years and to have a manager tell me I can’t get what I want the way I want it really burns my biscuits just like these burnt cookies I keep getting. Now I know to go to another location.

The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stand out, and at times, managers take the time to chat with customers in the dining room. However, some issues with order accuracy and food temperature have been reported. In the past, cold food was given to a customer, who then shared it with a homeless person, and the customer was told to return after Christmas to resolve the issue, which led them to spend their money elsewhere. Overall, the restaurant continues to strive for good service and a pleasant experience.
