The service here is pitiful, not just the employees, but the managers as well. ON MY WAY HOME FOR WORK, I STOPPED TO PICK UP DINNER AND WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, THEY HAD THREE DRINKS WHEN I ONLY ORDER 2 MEALS ONE WAS WITH THE MANGO SMOOTHIE, WE ORDER A BIG MAC MEAL WITH NO ONIONS AND A QUATERPOUNDER AND 6 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS. THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW WITH TWO HEART TATTOOS ON HER FACE TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THE YOUNG LADY WAS HANDING ME A DRINK CARRIER WITH TWO COKES AND THE MANGO SMOOTIE. I TOLD HER I DIDNT ORDER THREE DRINKS, THEN THE YOUNG HISPANIC WITH CURLS ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD ASKED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND I TOLD HIM I DIDNT ORDER THREE DRINKS HE SAID WHERE IS YOUR RECEIPT AND I TOLD HIM THAT THE YOUNG LADY DID NOT GIVE ME THE RECEIPT AND I SAID CAN YOU GET IT FOR ME HE SAID YES, AND TOLD ME TO PARK IN THE NUMBER TWO LANE. SO I DID AND THEN ANOTHER LADY BROUGHT OUT MY FOOD AND I ASKED HER WHERE WAS MY RECEIPT, AND THAT THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS TO GIVE IT TO ME AND HER RESPONSE WAS SHE DOESNT WORK IN THE BACK THAT SHE IS FRONT END. SO I ARRIVED HOME WITH FOOD AND THERE WAS ONIONS ON THE BURGERS AND THE SINGLE PATTY AS WELL, I CALLED YOUR STORE AND SPOKE TO A YOUNG HISPANIC SUPERVISOR AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND SHE SAID TO BRING IN THE RECEIPT SO THEY COULD FIX THE ORDER AND I TOLD HER THAT THE HISPANIC MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IT FOR ME AND HE DIDNT DO THAT. THEN SHE PUT HIM ON THE PHONE AND I TOLD HIM YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO GET IT FORM THE GIRL THAT TOOK MY MONEY AND YOU DIDNT HE SAID NO RECEIPT I CANT DO ANYTHING, SO HE SAID BRING THE FOOD BACK, I SAID I JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK AND IM NOT DRIVING BACK WE THREW THE FOOD IN THE TRASH. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR AND HE STATED HE WAS IT I ASKED FOR HIS SUPVISOR AND HE STATED I WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME, THIS NEED TO BE RESOLVED.

Arrived this morning to a full drive thru so I decided to go inside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and best of all, efficient. My food was prepared quickly and correctly and served with a smile. Great job to the crew!

03/06/25 I was the only car in the drive thur I was waiting for a while then another car came around to the other drive thur they took his order and I was still waiting so I took off and didn't get to place my order
Long lines it takes forever 05/27/24 I just went through drive Thur the food was cold not even room temperature what type of shit are you all running never will I return again.

Went through the drive through to pick up a door dash order. Sat at the ordering screen for ten minutes. I had to speak up to even be acknowledged. Then got told I needed to wait. They only had two employees but I can clearly see they have more than just the two.

Worst store ever. This is the SECOND time on uber eats I placed an order for breakfast around 930 and all seems good until the driver goes there and then says finding a new driver etc. They told me a driver picked it up and didn’t confirm it and just left. I choose not to believe this when this is the second time in a row at this same location, same story. I called the store today and I was nice and said “hey I have a question about my uber eats order.” Immediately the woman hung up so I called again and she had such a rude attitude saying the same story from the first time. Horrible attitude and service. 0 stars

Stopped in today and was actually amazed at the customer service and friendly exchange. I saw one manager actually sit with a customer in the dining room to just chat for a minute. Order was correct and fresh. Getting good help for fast food is tough but this owner must be doing something right. :)

The girls at the window very thirsty.Who calls your husband baby constantly?I called her baby and ignored me 🙄and cops are always around when they act like that .went back and some big back ante give me 3 mcdouble's and a 40 piece chicken nuggets.Guess this review made yall mad.
