Remove shakes from the menu if you're never going to serve them. It's the one thing I think McDonald's has that are actually better than their market competition, and this location never has them, despite advertising their availability on the menu.The food is what you expect for the price, but the staff seems withdrawn. I don't get the impression they are ever happy to be working in these tough times. They may not be and that's fair, but despite trying to always treat those serving me with warmth and friendliness, my courtesy has never been reciprocated at this location...I am treated like an annoyance.I only visit this location when I'm on the road, and after several cool receptions (like today's), I'm adding the review and will skip it in favor of a market competitor.

Caramel iced coffee was so bitter and tasted nothing like caramel ?
Got a bacon cheese quarter pounder and was eating away and realized the hamburger was not cooked good. It was red . Bout got sick thinking about it.

First time at this location. In Christmas Vacation. They have a breakfast menu item that I haven't eaten it like 4 years (actually I had it a few days b 4 in Crossville, TN). The STEAK, EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL ! I usually eat a pair and a large coffee, and I am good to go ! About 2 miles away from where I was staying.
