Horrible service , don't recommend !the lady in the first window super rude. I tried giving them the Benefit of the doubt because they were kinda busy but I went there twice I had the same horrible service. I wasn't done ordering the lady cut me off I wasn't even done with my order

The manager Antonio is great ! He always try's his best to make sure my food is correct and if it's ever wrong he makes a point to go above and beyond to make it right and speak with me !

Order was right. Problem was they gave me a cup that was leaking so it leaked all over my car. When I went to pick it up the cup gave out and went everywhere. Also they gave me no napkins! Thanks alot for that!

Restrooms aren't open, and they directed me to bathrooms at their competitors. Might as well give your business to your competitors as well.

To be fair, it’s rare to find a McDonalds that actually serves good food. The service at this particular McDonalds is better than in others in this area. This location seems to charge about 20% more for their food than in many other locations in Greensboro, even higher prices than the location at Friendly Center. That wouldn’t bother so much if their food wasn’t always so stale. I have not eaten a single fresh item here. Feels like they sell day old food. And, if you order a Big Mac, often times it’s missing ingredients. This location seriously needs to up their game.

The food was typical McDonalds. So much ice in the drink cup there was very little drink. Had to ask for napkins. Was told they were in the bag. There were none in the bag. Had to ask twice before being given napkins.

It's nothing personal. With the pandemic I guess everyone is short staffed but it wasn't a great experience
Like usual at a McDonald's, the burger was okay and fries were bland. This location in particular was actually very messy and unorganized by far. I've been to other locations and they've had their dining areas & bathrooms opened, but this one is lacking as they have chairs stacked, no walking space and signs indicating that the dining area is closed due to COVID-19. Pretty sure dining rooms are permitted to be opened at the current time...but okay.
