McDonald's has redeemed themselves and brought back stronger straws. Thank you so much. The clear ones were horrible. You were smart to bring back quality, even though it was straws and not food. The straws are important too.
It's official. McDonald's is now the worst, cheapest fast food straw beverage provider. I don't know what they are thinking. These straws are so cheap, weak, flimsy and send the message of low quality products. Bring back the good straws McDonald's!!!!!! I can't believe they are still using these cheap straws. The one I got today was split and I tried to use it but it kept splitting all the way down. I haven't seen other fast food places buy straws this bad. What's up?

Was just in this location for a simple meal, and while the rather long wait for my drink was inconvenient, I’m much more offput by the way who I assume was the supervisor spoke to the other staff. It was lightly hostile and aggressive, and when a different customer came with an issue order, he spoke openly degrading of the other staff regarding her issue. I think I’ll avoid this place in future.

The food is great, but the service is terrible. I’ve returned to this McDonald’s several times out of convenience, hoping the service would improve, but I’ve had enough. My order is rarely correct, the iced coffee is inconsistent, and a few weeks ago, they forgot my hash brown. When I went back to let them know, they told me I’d have to pay for another one!

Once you walk in they will all just act like you aren’t there nobody will walk up to the counter to even take my order. They just ignore me and everybody in there to just PRAY AND HOPE that i order the food from the kiosk instead of them just walking up to the counter

worst experience of my life the other night. we came thru the drive thru at 11 and they don’t close til 12. well off jump the guy taking our was interrupting and rushing us to no ends. well we get our order and ofc the order is wrong they put lettuce on all 4 of our mcchickens when we asked for no lettuce. so we go back and tell them. well they give us the bag again and this time 1 one of them have lettuce and only one of them is a mcchicken. they gave us the actual OLD HARD crispy chicken sandwiches bc they didn’t feel like making more mcchickens i’m assuming. they were horribleeee and RAW. at that point we didn’t feel like turning around again so i just trashed the food and wasted the $15 i spent. NEVER AGAIN! please hire decent employees!!!!

Never had an issue with this McDonald’s. Food was always good and friendly. Recently went downhill. Messed up my order twice not to long ago. I waited 5 mins for a drink and was ignored the whole time. Employee even cleared it off the screen and was going to keep moving as if nothing happened. I don’t recommend going on the weekends.

Tried ordering through UberEats. My order kept getting delayed and drivers kept canceling after already arriving to the restaurant. After the third driver, I reached out to them and asked what was going on. They said the restaurant simply “won’t make your order”. I didn’t order anything out of the ordinary, just a meal for one person.
And instead of the restaurant canceling on their end, they just let drivers keep coming and wasting their time, knowing they weren’t going to have an order to deliver to me because they refused to make it. They wanted me to cancel so the restaurant would still get paid. I had to wait over an HOUR for food I knew I wasn’t going to get in order to cancel myself without penalty. Terrible.
