Call myself gonna start working here and after orientation the next day call manager ahead of time to let know my tire was flat couldn't make it first day and she had a nasty attitude said something Smart before hanging up phone on me name Dee Dee do that let's me know she didn't give a damn and was way more worried about me not bring able to start so I decided not to start working here period I don't do well with folks attitude I'm good working for myself being a CEO for my own business these petty jobs don't care about u at all just making the owner of McDonald's richer that's all never can win working for someone else facts of life

In general, I'm not a fan of McDonald's. This is one of the better ones I've visited--primarily for breakfast. For McDonald's the food is consistently hot and as good as it MD gets. Price is better than many McDonald's. Sr. Coffee $.40 for example. But mostly it is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Drive-Thru is quick.

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a McDonald’s. I waited for 15 minutes to get my order in the drive-through at this location and then I had to park the car and go inside because I didn’t get my order. It’s frustrating when you have a toddler in the backseat, the whole entire time and then you gotta unbuckle them and go inside to get your order. To make matters worse, the food was just barely warm.

I was personally suprised to see the amount of negative reviews to this location, i work very close by and i frequently go here on my meal breaks, the management is very friendly, restaurants always clean, my order has only been wrong once, and the food quality is the best out of any mcdonald’s in greensboro.

So I get off work and decide to eat here bc I'm poor after spending 2k to fix my carI spend my last penny to Get a mchicken add onions with a medium fryThe mchicken literally came with 2 tiny onions, the buns were so hard that I'm not joking when I say it's a health hazard for n e 1 to eat that, and the patty taste like it was made last week and super tough and impossible to chew or eatThe frys were ice cold not exaggerating and tasted older than the mchickenSo I try to call customer support bc I spent my remaining money for dinner that I can't eatOnly to find out they close at 7 which is ironic since that's when most people would be eating dinnerSo I've decided I'm calling the health department and will never go to another mcdonalds n e where ever.Enjoy the surprise visit.We need to stand up as consumers and stop giving places like this money.As prices rise, quality dropsNo more.
