I went to this McDonalds with my Grandpa and he had taken a survey that comes on McDonalds receipts to get any sandwich at ANY McDonalds Buy one get one free. We had stopped at this one because we were in the area and he showed the person at the drive thru and he acted like he had no clue what it even was. He called the manager and she was rude and said that McDonalds had stopped doing the surveys. We went to another McDonalds, Specifically at 7069 Albert Pick Rd, and they took the receipt without a problem and the staff there said McDonalds still did the surveys. Not sure why the one on Inman Rd didnt take it.

The old lady Pam has given me several bad experiences at this McDonald's. She has walked out and touched my car without me asking. This time she had reached her hand out asking for my card at the window without a register and got mad when I told her I had an online order.

This particular McDonald's has average service. The workers are young and unpleasant to look at in their mannerisms. The manager seems to try hard but they just don't seem like they want to be there and often get our order incorrect. They always mess up my sweet tea and give me unsweetened tea (who wants unsweetened tea in the South, LOL.) Hopefully they can get more training but I will say the food, however, fries need to be salted before they come in the bag. Unless someone request for unsalted. We come to McDonald's for the hot salted fries just in case someone needed to be reminded.

Food is always stale and cold 5 minutes after it's received and I used to love mcdonald's affordable prices but it's getting to be too much for food that's cold, stale, under seasoned, and just too different from what it used to be. I wish it would go back to it's original flavors, recipes, and menu prices.

I travel around go to mini McDonald's I'd avoid this one. Got attitude through the drive-thru no eye contact no greating literally a grunt when asked for salt seemed like a racial thing. Burger was cold cheese didn't even melt. Will not come back to this location.
