Terrible!!!
I don't understand paying 25cent extra for shredded lettuce on a sandwich that already comes with lettuce. That is highway robbery! This is not good customer satisfaction. I could understand it if the sandwich didn't come w/lettuce, but you want to charge me just because I want it shredded. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourselves ripping customers off like that.
