Ordered and watched them immediately mark it as complete. Had to remind them of my order fifteen minutes later. There was a thick, coarse hair in my half full fries, and when I went in to get a new one, I watched the man touch his belt, pants, pockets, then fill the fries with bare hands. Threw the food away when I got home.

So McDonald's seems to have upgraded and now it's not just the ice cream machine that's broken. Apparently even though it's 24 hours open, there are hours in there where nothing works and they can't take orders. How tf is this company still in business.

You made a disgusting ice coffee that tasted like straight up crap and for a brand like McDonald's should be ashamed of any worker to just do that to a customer period there was no sense of how it should of been nor what I asked for it to be to the point I had to warn other people who also got iced coffee before I left the establishment
