Stopped here today 3/2 around 630 am the worker i spoke with which was nothing short of an idiot had a smart mouth when your raggedy system is down inform your customers like a real person since we are the reason you have the average position your working in don't just allow us to sit at a non working box or go to locked doors during OPEN OPERATING HOURS not to mention stopped there the morning prior and the workers were completely professional responsive and efficient do save yourself the time go to dunkin donuts across the street much better service and the coffee taste much much better

4 times out of 5 your order will be wrong. And then they'll accuse you of causing trouble when you ask them to fix it. "We know your type," one of the employees said to me. I thought he was going to hop the counter and start a fight. Very bad attitudes and they don't care. Never going back.

Stopped at McDonald's for an iced tea. The tea was excellent, but I gotta say, in their quest to make better profits, their new choice of the new clear cheap straws is ridiculous. They don't even hold up to the pressure of the hole in the top. It presses the straw closed. It cracks the straw when trying to insert it into the top. It is a bigger diameter so that the drink doesn't last as long. It just "cheapens" the quality of McDonald's. What a shame. Profits above the customer.

The door clearly states that dine-in hours go until 11:00 p.m. They lock the doors well before that. If I'm pressed for time, use the app to order food, now they expect me to wait in line for 15 minutes at the drive-thru? That defeats the entire purpose of using the app. They don't answer the phone when you try to call either. Something is definitely wrong here.

Big Mac had onions and pickles I’m allergic to them. Remade burger horrible too second set of fries were like rubber. I won’t be going back to this location. 2nd time they mucked up my order at drive thru. I won’t be eating McDonald’s again for another year. Ugh ? Unsweet ice tea was like drinking water.

I purchased through Drive-Thru an Icee and the cup was completely broken. They did not give me any napkins. Luckily, I had some at hand, which helped avoid a disaster in my vehicle.

I stopped in one morning for breakfast. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. That biscuit was so fresh and fluffy. I was going to take a picture, but I just couldn't stop eating it. It actually looked like one you would see on the commercial. Good job!!
