Too many times my orders are packed wrong. As a customer I should not have to check for order of accuracy before I leave the parking lot. Then when you call or go to get correct order they ALWAYS have an attitude or don’t believe they made the mistake. Employees need to learn to be humble and practice customer satisfaction. The service I receive at Friendly Center compared to Cone Blvd are not the same. If I could travel all the way to Friendly Center I would every time.

terrible staff and poor service! it is fast food! They were pure mean to everyone.
We ordered a 20 piece nugget and they put 3 sauces in the bag when we asked for more he gave us 1 and said they would charge if we wanted anymore! I can understand charging if we didn’t order nuggets but they really think 4 sauces would work with 20 nuggets. Instead of being the sauce police make sure you are serving done fresh nuggets. I should’ve handed them back both bags of food and asked for a refund. Won’t be back ever again

The drive-through is fast, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly, and they get the orders right. While the self-order machines can be a hassle, the staff is there to help. One customer even had a zipper issue in the restroom, and a McDonald's employee came to their rescue, despite the unusual situation.
