The customer service was amazing and I asked him to cook my Food cooked to order and they did just that my food was fresh and amazing and steaming hot. I loved it. Will always go again.!!

I was very appalled today to come to witness a piece of hair found in my fries it was so disgusting to witness something of this nature happening I really wish that y'all can do better in the making sure that y'all take care of your hygiene and making sure that hair follicles do not fall into bags of food please do better

I visited this McDonald’s tonight and had a very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order, which included two sundaes. When I arrived at the pickup window, the employee who handed me my items (wearing a white hoodie, braids pulled up in a ponytail, and a McDonald’s visor) had a rude and unprofessional attitude.

My drink cup was leaking Hawaiian Punch down the sides and had not been wiped off. I calmly asked the employee if they were okay, and they responded, “Are you okay?” in a sarcastic tone. When I replied that they didn’t seem okay, they slammed the window in my face before I could ask for spoons or anything else.

I don’t understand what caused this behavior. I only asked for my sundaes to be placed in a bag—something I always request because I live upstairs and it’s easier to carry them that way. I’ve never had an issue before.

Please address this situation with your staff. If someone doesn’t want to be in customer service, they shouldn’t take their frustration out on paying customers. I expect better from McDonald’s and hope this matter is looked into seriously.

Went here while doordashing had a order for a lady who was very patient and sweet upon going through drive through I gave them the name as you usually do with doordash then the lady over at drive thru said we never recieved that order which is crazy bc on my dashing app it says her order was at this McDonald’s so I thought this makes no sense. Then I proceeded to my dasher help and it stated I could order the food for my customer and they would pay McDonald’s the amount it cost it said show the employees I did just that and was hassled questioned. Are u sure ur gonna pay me? Are you lying? Like why would I be lying I was told doordash would pay u through my app what would I get out of lying I was practically being integrated then after I do this order with them the guy at the window says pull out your red card I said okay I went to use it thinking this must be how u pay. Keep in mind I’ve never done this before. But this is what my doordash app said they will cover the food and pay McDonald’s I’m taking my doordash word for it. But anyways I use my red card bc guy at the window says go ahead and use it. Then after I use it it says declined. I then said well I’m pretty sure doordash will give u the money bc it reads that over my app. He proceeeds to argue with me and say see I tell yall doordashers all the time are you sure. And yall say yes and then this happens he said u must pay for it or else this will make me look bad. I said no I’m not paying for that you can’t force me to!! He then says u gotta and my bf just hands him the money outta pocket for our doordash order.!!! I then am like wait no this just plain out isn’t right they are robbing us of our money! It’s always customers over you! And the guy at the front Rowan was more concerned with his job then US the customers needs! He robbed us of our money!! And then once we give in and pay him he proceeds to yell saying yall messed up this isn’t on me? how did we mess up when my DoorDash app said u will be payed? He was absolutely disgusting his service terrible I will be filing a complain to cooperate bc he took our money from us!! IF YOU DOORDASH DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO CONE MCDONALDS! THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL TO DOORDASHERS BE AWARE! NOT A GOOD RUNNED MCDONALDS!

It's a pretty fair restaurant. The staff are friendly. The self order machines wouldn't let me pay, which is a hassle, but not the end of the world. They got my order 100% right.

I went to pick up an order, and they instruct drivers to come inside during the day. There is a big sign that says "After Hours Window," and to press the button for service. I didn’t want to get in line and wait only to be told I had to go to the window, so I chose to wait in the cold for a couple of minutes. Fortunately, a lady came out of the bathroom and noticed me. She told me I have to go through the drive-thru thru. I asked her why they have a sign that says "Pick Up" if they aren’t going to enforce it. I suggested they should at least put up a sign to prevent leaving someone waiting in 18-degree weather.
