WORST MCDONALDS EVER. The manager had a nasty attitude and I understand things getting busy and having patience but I waited 20 plus minutes for a sloppy order and a flat coke. I asked the manager to remake the coke and she handed me a coke I watched another employee make 10 minutes ago. Also as the manager worked drive thru I heard her talk junk about every customer that came through the line. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The woman was nice raking the order, 4 large fries and 3 small Hi-C orange drinks. Pull around to pay and she wasn't there. So I pulled to the pick up window. Told the girl that I haven't paid cause there was no one there. The girl with the blonde hair wig is gonna get an attitude with me about it. I could have just taken my food without paying but I didn't. And I still only ended up getting 3 large fries instead of 4.

Ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches and they were both hard as a rock so that was money wasted. I'm sure most people would say check your food before you leave but why must i have a genuine distrust for food quality and efficiency??? And the person who took my order seemed annoyed just to do her job.
Ordered chicken strips and vanilla latte hot was told to pull up she was waiting on latte. 10 minutes later still didn't get my drink , lunch was just barely warm so I left without my drink.

I stopped in for lunch today, decided to take a break and dine in. A group of four rough looking men in the front corner of the restaurant were shouting foul language and threatening each other Very loudly, disrupting the whole restaurant. Nothing was done by employees or management to stop their behavior. I took my food to go and left, most likely won’t be back. The place has become a place for vagrants to hang out.
