I don't hardly ever drink soda but when I do it's Coca-Cola. Thank God I don't frequent this location. Got a large Coke and sandwich the Coke sucks... So I dumped it. Tried the Sprite, same thing... Who manages this place. And no customers are complaining!

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds locations I have ever been to, honestly. Despite the fact we always mobile order, we always get pulled to wait times of over twenty minutes. One time, after waiting forever, I went inside to find out that not only was our order nowhere near done, I had to wait while employees actively ignored me at the counter. When I finally got tended to, the employee behind the counter laughed in my face like she was surprised we were still there. Overall, we waited nearly an hour for our food that wasn’t fresh at all. Oftentimes while we wait, we actively watch members of management walking out to their cars and conversing amongst themselves. We are almost always missing items, even when we ask for them at the window, and there have been times where we’ve been ignored at the speaker only to be ignored even further when we pull to the window.

Morn happy tue,it's McDonald's lol all food is great an for limited time they bought back Mc ribb,lol all time go too,gotta hit bike at planet fitness after that meal packed with protein an calorie for the day with or without those delicious fries lol best place since they u too let us have communion, an middle school graduation parties there back in the early 70 an 80s hope they still do that lol i fell in love with my first fish fillet,there with extra tartar sauce,...mmmm

The young lady in the front running the orders out was great, unfortunately that was the only thing great about this experience
Took 25 minutes for a mobile order, and whoever "Brittany" is she doesn't need to make another sandwich and should get fired....had to repeatedly hear the manager tell her about the orders she's messing up and at 1 point I heard he reply "well it didn't get made and if it didn't get made it just didn't get made" At another point the manager had to start yelling out "waiting" because she was to busy not doing her job.....
I completely understand we have bad days at work, but Brittany gives me "I don't want to be here or do this job" vibes and people like that and that attitude is unacceptable especially early in the morning. If you don't like the job find a better one!!!

I don't usually make a big deal out of anything from fast food but this McDonald's is ridiculous. From my recent visits, it isn't worth going here. One time I ordered a happy meal on the mobile app and picked it up curbside. HALF AN HOUR AND I STILL DIDN'T GET ANYTHING! Walked inside to check on it, and no one came for like 15 mins. Went through the drive-thru and finally they come out with my happy meal, literally just a happy meal. This recent and my last time going for awhile, my boyfriend went to pick up another mobile order. He went to pick it up in the drive thru, had to wait by the door. Nothing wrong with that except after 20 or so minutes, he went inside to check on it. Our food is sitting on the counter! No worker going to grab it or check on it! It was sitting there for who knows how long. DON'T GO HERE! Go to the one down the street near Guilford College instead.
