We often come to the restaurant for lunch and today we ordered some cookies, we waited a bit for them and a girl from the crew who is great, always very kind, if I remember correctly her name is called Monizia, she served us wonderfully and also gave us an apple pie for the wait. Congratulations to her and the whole crew.

Curbside is ridiculous. I can get my order faster if I was to go inside or the drive thru. After about 15 minutes waiting I went inside and found my order sitting on the counter. And after I left I found out they gave me the wrong size drink and water down with no real flavor, you could not taste the hazelnut at all and the food was cold. Definitely been sitting on the counter for more than 5 minutes before I went inside to get it.Will definitely stop coming here.

Update. It's gotten a little better.

Managers at this location used a male employee to follow-intimidate a woman to the woman's restroom on January 30, 2025 5:40PM-5:58PM. The male employee barricaded himself at the women's restroom door while the woman was inside of the restroom in a bathroom stall using it. Then she washed her hands and as she had her back turned drying her hands he was still behind her inside the door way blocking. Watching the woman-customer inside of the restroom. WHICH IS A MAJOR VIOLATION TO ALL WOMAN. THAT MAN NEEDS TO BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR CLOSED. WAITING FOR THE WOMEN CUSTOMERS TO COME OUT OF THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM. YOU JUST Don't BARGE YOUR WAY IN. THAT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DANGEROUS TO WOMEN. The woman-customer face filled with concern for what just happen. She went up to the counter to tell the manager. The manager looked as if he was gloating with laughter about what had happened to her. Then he act like he was getting annoyed with the woman and started speaking with an attitude. The woman-customer is in the right to speak up about that. The manager played like he was trying to communicate to the male employee and at the same time he act like he was getting an attitude again with the woman customer for speaking up and reporting the incident. The managers here don't care about women and children's customer safety. I can tell it bothered the woman. She didn't order she just left the restaurant because of that. The men here are disrespectful to women and need to repremended and re-train. Because that could end up in a lawsuit. That poor woman customer was so creep out about that. That look on her face said it all

I just left the drive-thru not too long ago. The young lady that took my order seemed cool at first. Great small talk, seemed nice at first. Then at the second window, I asked the gentleman for my receipt. Now keep in mind at another location that I normally go to, they always tell me to get the receipt at the second window. I figured they all were the same. But at this particular location when I asked at the second window, the young lady from the first window starts yelling from the back, "you could have asked for your receipt ma'am!" It was like she had an attitude because I asked for it! How am I supposed to know that all locations operate differently?! I didn't respond, even though she kept repeating it like she had an attitude 😒. I'm too old to argue with children about MY receipt! I'm not a fan of this location...remember...if you go, don't ask for your receipt or you will have an angry person yelling at you! 🙄
