This location has no soap in the women's bathroom, I imagine because of all the homeless people in the restaurant loitering are probably using it to bathe. I feel bad for the homeless, however I don't think a business should allow tables full to just sit in there.

Drive thru service… This is the second time now that either my kids chicken nuggets or my burger is missing from the bag. Yes, I needed something quick and easy but fries for lunch as a mom of 2 under 2 is NOT it… and every time I’ve tried to call their phone is off the line so I’ve spent money and have no food. 👎🏼
Blatantly not open 24/7, quite rude when you pull up at their alleged “11pm” closing. Can’t get a single correct order from this McDonald’s on DoorDash either, you’ll never get your drink <3

3rd time I have been to this McDonald’s and they were not busy and this trip at least 4 employees were standing around and I asked for a hot Latte and they said they weren’t making lattes right now. 3 times at different times of the day and every time the answer was just they just weren’t making lattes right now. Do they ever? Whey even have them on the menu. Very frustrating!

The night manager should be fired, IMMEDIATELY. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience there in the past month, he’s been there both times, the first time all he did for at least five minutes was smile in the face of his coworker, as in flirting, last night, he was straight disrespectful and when I got home I had a completely different order

They don't wait on you I ordered decaf coffee and got regular coffee with the sweetener and cream and got nothing to stir it with and this happens all the time and I can't drink regular coffee because of a medical condition if they don't have the decaf then why is it billed out on the bill oh the fixing was not in the coffee they were in the bag

I frequent this McDonalds early in the morning after going to the gym. I usually get something small like a coffee and a hash brown. Imagine my surprise when today the app took my money, confirmed my order, and the 24/7 service advertised and when I pulled up to the drive thru some random employee come out and says “we’re not open til 5”. ?????? When asked what should I do because the app has already taken my money I’m told to “drive off and it will refund me”. I asked if they could just make my soda and hash brown I’d already paid for. Mind you it is 4:42 AM. I’m told again “we don’t open til 5. You can sit here til 5 or pull off”. I’m very confused as I can provide receipts where I’ve definitely received service here prior to 5 am. If you aren’t going to honor the hours you post online, change them. If you’re going to take peoples money via the app, serve them. What a joke. Will not be returning.

No sense of customer service at night. No communication. I was kept waiting without any greeting in the drive thru. I placed an order and the cashier was not listening because I was charged for the wrong meal even though I said it twice.

Ordered a small coffee at 9:00 am.. only to be told they had no coffee at this time. Really! I drove off not to come back to this McDonald’s location .. by the way, first time visiting this location.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came at 1am and the manager stopped the whole line just so someone could get him his charger meanwhile the line was already long. Maybe they need more people in there but the person packing food didn’t move with any sense of urgency. Mind you I ordered my food through mobile order so there was more then enough time to have it ready
