Customer service is horrible. Out of most flavors and the flavors they did have were old and even stated they were old. Would not recommend.Since it will not let me respond to the owner. Let’s just say, I am not a slight bit embarrassed. You should be. You never stated “We can’t sample” you stated you did not have sample cups. The other two also said the yogurt tasted weird and the chocolate did state it was old. However, I have better things to do than argue over a yogurt establishment when there are plenty more in town. Good luck on your endeavors with your business. If you are worried about us throwing away a cup then sounds like your business is not doing the best anyways which I can see why.

We love Menchies and were excited to see there was one not super far (25 min drive) but this location is not fantastic. We went last weekend, they had 4 flavors when we asked about the blinking ones the girl shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Half of their toppings were out or spilled on the counter and they simply didn’t provide the Menchies service and experience we were used to.

Yogurt is tasty, yet overpriced. I absolutely love all the dairy free options..but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that it is a self service yogurt shop and not a five star restaraunt. Sometimes they won't greet every customer, etc. However, I didn't like the vibes/atmosphere. I asked if there were sample cups (with a bigger cup in my hand so you know I'm not just in here trying to get free samples; it helps to actually taste the different flavors before committing to them). I was barely given a response, but she said that there are no samples. She talked to me like I was just trying to get something for free lol; I can afford a $10 yogurt. She barely spoke two words to me when checking me out and it felt like she just wanted me to go away. Everyone has bad days but I have a feeling it's a common occurrence here. Granted, for context, I am a black woman who currently has a dreadlock hair style, and that may or may not play a part, but I did not feel welcome there. However, there are other locations I can visit since I don't live in Greensboro.I know some customers can be unreasonable and annoying, but the responses to the constructive criticism/reviews here are shockingly rude and unprofessional. I doubt I'll be back to an establishment that talks to/views their customers this way.. but based on what they say they could not care less, so it is what it is ??♀️

Horrible treatment by the lady that was today, I been here every week and getting a small cup and this lady which I never seen before she say no that is for employees only and that some of the employees give them out but they don't suppose to, she didn't care at all she even wasn't in the front, terrible service. Will never go back she didn't care at all.

Was disappointed when I decided to try a new frozen yogurt place and they stated they don’t let you sample any flavors. I wanted to try a flavor before buying a whole bowl of it in case I didn’t like it like you would any other froyo place. I actually ended up not being fond of the flavor chosen. Probably won’t be backResponse: Whoever the owner is is extremely unprofessional. Reviews are meant to IMPROVE your business but I guess they like to take it personal instead and spend endless hours responding to negative reviews while offering free froyo in the establishment in exchange of a 5 star review on google lol. Maybe if the customer service was better they wouldn’t need to ask for 5 stars for a free yogurt, as a business saying they can’t afford to give samples anymore. Hope they do better and get machines working soon.
