I would give this place no stars if I could cause the Customer Service is absolutely horrible! Do not get your food here. I ordered 3 plates I got charged for 4. I called and asked for a refund on the plate I didn’t order and for the chicken that wasn’t put on my chicken and shrimp order even said I’ll come up there to prove it’s wrong was told it’s basically our problem since it’s been paid for. My boyfriend was hung up on but I called back to talk calmly and he got an attitude with me! I just wanted my missing food and a refund for what I didn’t order. Told me he’s been open for 20 years with no complaints but when I looked through the reviews this has happened before! This is ridiculous, I wanted simple things and got met with such disrespect. Never coming back to this place ever again!!!!!!

I love the chicken but when you order and pay for 50 pieces which costs about $76 and only receive 25 is very disheartening and I will get all of my funds back by disputing with my bank. I order here very often because I am obsessed with the chicken it’s almost insane how I can eat 25 by myself- hence why 50 was ordered in the first place so I could share. I absolutely could not share because it’s my favorite and I already spent almost $80 to treat myself and the rest of the family starved for the night….

I wish I can do no stars! Sushi was dry, rice had no flavor and wasn’t cooked properly, white sauce flavorless and watery.

If you like hibachi-style food but don’t want a long, drawn-out process with flaming onion volcanos to get your food, Midori Express is for you.The hibachi entrees (with chicken, shrimp, steak, or a combination of these) comes with fried rice and a combination of onions, carrots, and zucchini. The Clear Soup is like the soup that’s served in the sit-down hibachi restaurants—a clear broth with sliced green onions. You’ll receive a small bag of the rice crunchies to sprinkle into your soup. The soup is always hot and very good. The House Salad is served in a square flip-top styrofoam container. The salad consists of lettuce and a few carrot pieces. I always order the ginger dressing. Again, this dressing is like the ginger dressing that’s served in the sit-down hibachi restaurants. I love this dressing!I usually order hibachi chicken or hibachi shrimp. Anytime I have ordered these entrees, they were good and the proportions were plenty for me. I have tried both the white sauce and the ginger sauce (dipping sauce) and I liked the flavor of them both. They also serve chicken wings, tempura, and a small sushi roll selection. There are chef’s specials offered that includes ribeye steak, filet mignon, grilled salmon, scallops, and more. These chef’s specials include fried rice and grilled vegetables. The exterior of the building looks a bit aged but the interior is always clean and the tables are wiped off. This building used to be a Burger King restaurant many years ago—I remember when it used to be a Burger King. This restaurant has been serving customers for a long time and I hope they will continue to do so. The quality and quantity of the food may not be quite reminiscent of the traditional sit-down hibachi-style restaurants, however if you want a meal that is comparable in taste and not as expensive, then try Midori Express.

Super grumpy owner sits in the front and watches you. I spend so much money here and have for years, but I asked for a cup of water for my daughter after mind you getting $25 of take out and he rudely says one dollar. And I ask if it’s bottle and he’s rude yet again. Now you can lose business and I hope he loses more from my review. The inside is filthy and the prices the same as a nice restaurant. Don’t eat here.

Good food, decent price. they charge $1 extra if you ask to leave off the onions.

Customer service is terrible. For a place that you would want customers to spend money here, the attitudes of these people are terrible!

I’ve been coming here for years the food was always good, but today before I was able to even try the food the rudeness of the manager made me not even want to stay. It was an hour before they closed he acted as if we walked in at 5minutes to closing. He was rude to my daughter and we were ready to go. I would rather go somewhere else.

Easy in and out. Nice folks. The hibachi is so so but the fifth star is for the chicken wings. This area was tough on Asian restaurants when the super-flu came through. But if you want naked chicken wings this is the best on the east coast.
