Placed an order online when my husband arrived to the restaurant he was notified they were out of the two meals we ordered. We received no phone call, staff member refunded the money and said sorry. Didn't offer anything. I emailed customer service and they didn't respond.

Mimis cafe is pretty good. Might be a little stingy with syrup but pretty good. They have lots of options to choose from whether it be lunch or breakfast, which is something I always look for.

This place can be the best breakfast place in Greensboro, but the service is comsistantly terrible and the food is inconsistent. DO NOT order togo, they will box anything that comes from the kitchen, absolutely zero quality control. It is really unfortunate how downhill it has gone in the last year or so. This was our goto breakfast spot for years, we keep giving it another shot hoping they will turn it around. Really unfortunate because when made correctly, the food is so so good.
