The sushi was so yummy! I really loved the all you can eat option to get an appetizer before you get your sushi. The only thing that sucked was parking. I parked at the Walgreens behind the sushi place. I recommend trying their beef roll, sexy lady roll, and the green house roll.

The best sushi in Greensboro! Always a tremendous selection and delightful food. Arrive shortly after they open if you want to get a meal.

After ordering from Mizumi a lot of the years, we are officially done! Frustrating and terrible experience! And what’s worse, the owner could care less about a loyal customer. The delivery and food were bad but the customer service was the worst! Shame on you, Mizumi! You should do better by your loyal customers!

If I could have a negative review for service I would.
This is now the third time that I have had to wait over an hour to order my second round of sushi
But did I get rude or snappy then? No, I did not.
I now have a sleepy toddler , who has knocked over water, twice.
The guy has not come back to check not one single time within this 45 minutes to an hour.
We watch the tables that came in after us get their food before us .
My daughter made a comment about it .
Naturally, being in the service, I tell her they may have ordered first no big deal.
so after the second time he spills his water, (which if anyone knows my son, he’s usually not clumsy and pretty quiet toddler)
I went up and asked someone if I could just get some to go boxes assuming that my second order had already been placed … and grab my check.
Another 15-20 minutes later he brings the box and said are you going to order takeout?
I said no, we haven’t even got to my second round of sushi yet. I’m just asking because of how long it took to take it to go.
He replies with an attitude that’s not how this works. If you want to take food to go you have to order a takeout order and pay for it that way.
I said seriously I have waited over an hour here, I really can’t keep my toddler occupied anymore. It’s taken this long. Can I please just get my order to go?
So then, I said you know what never mind I’m just gonna go talk to somebody else
He proceeded to get an attitude with me again as I’m trying to talk to someone else who could help me here, and says well you saw I was with other people, I was busy and I had things to do, you never gave me your second ticket.
I said you never asked for it or asked if we were ready to order again
Then he rolls his eyes and looks at the other girl and said can you take care of this?
Then the girl said what seems to be the problem
I tell her and say I’m just ready to go. I just need my check at this point. I’m just not gonna come back.
She says I can try to help. I just need to know the issue.
Which I tell her again so then she asked what we ordered for the first round(confused on how that matters honestly because we never got checked on for the second round)
She takes my bill walks away. Call somebody and says we took 20% off the bill.
I said I didn’t even ask you to do that. I just wanted to get my check and leave at this point. I’m not coming back.
This is the first time in my life after 15 years in this service industry that I tipped nothing. Typically I tip really well, 40%+ considering my toddler comes with extra work and complications.
Anyone who has been inside Mizumi’s knows it’s small and crowded and trying to keep my toddler occupied for their benefit was getting more than I could handle …
The fact that it took 15 to 20 extra minutes just to get my to go boxes and he still didn’t bring me my check. Another reason I got upset and decided to speak to someone else whose was less busy.
As someone in the service industry I am appalled at how I was treated today. Especially as a mom with two children with me trying to spend time with them.
Not saying that gives me any special treatment but it would have been more convenient for everyone just to be more attentive to our needs so we could leave faster.

Food is fresh and delicious, service is good. Atmosphere is good, only thing is, it's a little crowded when they're busy. Great experience overall.

Comfy and cozy very authentic atmosphere! I love the option of traditional seating on the floor in our own little booth with cute lights and decor! The sushi was fabulous and really just the whole experience is well worth the price! I will be back!

A solid Japanese spot. I was fairly impressed with the sushi - good rice to fish ratio and good flavors. Very reasonable price for a la carte rolls. However, the teriyaki chicken I got was very chewy and not particularly appetizing. Disappointing, so I will stick with just the sushi here.

Small space kind of crowded but well with the money. We got the premium sushi AYCE which has sashimi and some extra appetizers. The quality was fresh. I didnt think any corner were cut for the food. The space is very tight but we managed. Try it out!

First we waited over 30 minutes just for our appetizer.. The service was disappointing. I understand it gets busy but the lack of acknowledgment and communication was definitely noticeable. Tbh they just put our plates on the table and walked away. No one came to ask if we needed anything either. The sushi was mid, I expected more bc of their high rating. BUT main concern was when I ordered crab Rangoons and was given fried PORK dumplings instead. I can’t eat pork and idk what I would do if I bit into that without thinking. They didn’t really apologize about it either just switched it out and said wrong table.
